Just had porch and windows fitted by living design, good price, good workmanship, friendly helpful staff, would definitely recommend.

Scammers and conmen. They don't deserve one star. I had someone come to my door ask if I was thinking about having any work done to my property stating there was funding available etc. I would never normally entertain a cold caller but it just so happened I was in the midst of getting quotes for painting my property so I said he could quote. Instead of giving me a quote (as I expected), he took my details so someone could call and arrange a 'survey'. The 'survey' was arranged for 4pm the same day. At around 6pm a young guy came to carry out the 'survey'. There is not a chance this guy was qualified surveyor despite him advising he was a 'surveyor and not just a salesman'. Given that I'd already worked out what this company was and the fact he'd been 2 hours late I tried to solely deal with him whilst at my door. He then used the classic 'do you mind if I use your toilet?' line to get into my house. Once he was inside he used all the sales tricks in the book, commenting about things in my home to try and build rapport etc - I was in no mood for such time wasting and just wanted the quote I'd expected to get in the morning. He was in no hurry or seemed to have any interest in advising on potential costs, he just wanted to tell me about all the faults he'd found with my property whilst doing his 'survey' (I bought my property 6 months previous and none of these 'faults' appeared in the home report - because they don't exist). When I advised I didn't want to hear and I only wanted the quote he then o ly wanted to speak about the 'discounts' that I could be entitled to depending on how my property was rated (I still didn't have a quote but I was being offered potential 'discounts'). I'm in my 30s but even I was feeling incredibly worn down by this point and told him on no uncertain terms I only wanted to hear the quote and nothing else. He then punched some numbers into his phone calculator and said it would be £12,000 to which I laughed and asked him to leave as this was four times more than the highest quote I'd had from the other companies I'd spoken to. He then wouldn't leave, he remained sitting on my sofa telling me that they use a special product which would be longer lasting explaining the price difference and of course I could maybe get a 'discount' which from memory was a maximum of 30% so again I explained how even if it was a 50% discount their price would still be far greater than anyone else. I must have had to ask him to leave at least 3 times before he even thought about it. Ever since dealing with this company I've had multiple phone calls on a private number advising I may be eligible for funding to have work done to my property/new windows etc. Avoid this company at all costs and more importantly do all you can to ensure they don't get a chance to prey on vulnerable neighbours, family and friends.

First I was cold called and lied to about them using a government scheme to subsidise energy savings through help to buy energy saving products. I agreed to have someone come give me a quote for a new front door, a wee ned turned up and was more interested in getting in to speak to me about buying options than actually measuring and quoting. Told him to just tell me prices and his lowest quote was £1,500-£2,000 for a door you can get from £200. The only people paying that much are vulnerable people who don't know any better. I obviously told him to leave. Next day I got the follow up call by a rather aggressive salesman claiming ignorance to the cold caller's lies and the salesman's prices then tried to quote me £700+ for a door you can get for £200+. Absolute predators attempting to prey on the vulnerable and unaware. No wonder they don't have an official trust-pilot, guessing it's been deleted.

Just had windows and doors installed from this company, fantastic quality at a great price, I will definitely be using this company for other home improvements and would highly recommend it to others
