I have had several experiences with livingspinal and they have consistently provided excellent service and customer service. One of my items had a recall and they had my new item out to me in no time. However, it was this last encounter that I had with them that really showed the integrity and character of the company. I had a very last minute emergency with my wheelchair that would have caused me to cancel a trip that I already had to cancel 5 times due to health. I called, explain the situation, and without any hesitation or giving me any trouble, was able to get what I needed sent overnight. As I have mentioned, every interaction has been great, but this was above and beyond and I am so greatly appreciative. I

I ordered stearing wheel knob for apper limb amputee 8th December 2024, paid for shipping to Norway 205$. Then on 23 December I found out that it was delivered to the wrong door. Ok I wrote seller about it, but it appears that I have to deal with delivery companies to get back my money. But in fact it's the sender who has to take care of it. It's already almost 2 months since I didn't get nor the item neither refund. Delivery company is just ignoring me, because the shipper should fix these things. And also had to cover up an
import tax Bill for the things I didn't get. So I wouldn't recommend to deal with this company, I got more headache than help and a money loss.

This is an incredible company for active wheelers. I have had many many questions about everything from whether a clamp will fit my frame to how fast specific wheels will ship. They are kind, knowledgeable and patient with my never ending barrage of questions. They also cancelled an order for me when I messed up on what I needed without making me feel bad or judged.
I love the overstock area and stalk it. I have a wishlist.
