Regarding the tracking of your order shipment please accept our sincere apologies as we understand how important tracking is so we know when to be home to receive our order.
I have located your order #LIV15532554-F1 and checked for you and your order was infact tracked as are all our shipments. The shipment was delivered on the 24th April at 5.23pm, less then 24hrs after you ordered it on the 23rd April at 8.47pm. Please accept my apologies that you didnt receive the tracking email. I think that either it may be in your spam folder or there may have been a system issue which we have raised with IT.
Regarding no estimated delivery being provided, we thank you for raising this point with us also. In the height of everything becoming so expensive, we have decided to offer a free express shipping service rather then passing the shipping cost to the customer, so we use the best option for each order at the time and delivery time normally ranges between 1-3 days....95% of the time it is 1 day/next day delivery to the UK Mainland. We have mentioned this in our shipping information page but we see your point and we will review if adding this to the checkout as it will inform customers better as not everyone looks at the shipping information before placing an order.

Contact with support - when I informed them of the above - was very pleasant and polite. It's nice to not have to deal with name-less bodies processing orders without feeling.

Excellent service received. Order a RFID carbon fibre tri-fold wallet, item was despatched really quickly and was delivered within a couple of days. Wallet is really good quality and well made looks really great.

Great quality, fast delivery.
I bought this bracelet for my partner who was over the moon with it! The round crystal beads are very good quality and she said its the nicest one in her collection as she is really into her chakra bracelets. It was lovely packaged aswell in a high-quality gift box. The website order process was fast and easy and the bracelet was delivered the following day. I would definitely recommend this company and will be shopping for presents there again.
