Terrible experience. Clothes not as pictured. Refused to refund me. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service.

I am furious after 6 weeks i have nothing even after escalating it with paypal still nothing, i can’t even email you because every time you try to do the captcha it says invalid every time. The tracking hasn’t changed in over 10 days still days it’s in an unidentified location what the hell does that frigging mean ! i’m sooo pissed off i will hound you day and night until i either get a refund! i don’t want you clothes ! i have said previously i want a refund, i don’t believe you’ve even sent them i think your a total scam and i won’t rest until i get my refund this is my order number 00021240 , i want a refund of 91.67 US

If I could leave 0 rating i would! This site is a complete scam. Clothes are nothing like what is shown on the website. I made a dispute through PayPal who are dealing with the case as they still have refunded me. I paid £25 for the return and still not correspondence from them. Absolute Disgrace of a company

Awful, DO NOT BUY.
Horrendous quality. Had to pay nearly £30 to return and over two months later STILL no refund. AVOID.

Its all fake stuff, cant believe I fell for this, quality doesnt look great but I guess you get what you pay for

For the love of God do not order anything off Lixishop. It took three weeks to get to me, and I had to email them 4 times to get tracking. All of the shorts that were ordered were different sizes and they sent me a shirt that wasn’t remotely close to what was ordered. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. What a disaster!

Sell Fake Carhartt and they don't answer email. Do not buy from them

I bought 2 pieces at the shop. With both products it was clearly NOT what was pictured. The brand logo (carhartt) was also printed on it. So fake. Don't trust this site!

Worst company. I ordered product back in May, contacted them multiple times for either a refund or my order and no response.

I ordered my item back in May and haven't received anything. I contacted lixishop through the provided email a week ago and haven't heard back from them at all. I seriously hope the company and getting everything sorted out. I was supposed to get my item months ago. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service

Absolutely incredible. We got the largest lightbox and was really really surprised not just by the quality of the print but also how bright the lights are. We would highly recommend and also if you want to change the picture it's really simple too!

The Lixi concept itself is brilliant but the ease of ordering, the robust & stylish packaging, the speedy delivery and the amazing quality of the lightbox on the wall is just astounding. This is an extremely high quality product, which may seem expensive initially is absolutely worth every penny
