Whole process from start to end has been just what we required, understood our needs and had no problems with the implementation process. Has made our internal process's much more streamlined and user friendly. The user experience is great, the whole service suits our needs and the application itself is great.

Initially the set up of the cards was a pain but to be fair I am not the most tech savy. Kye is my point of contact and he has been incredibly helpful and professional in assisting me through the set up and running of these cards.
They have been a massive help with my business for cash flow.
Only slight issue I have found is the customer services number whoever answers doesn't really 100% know how the cards work so I prefer to just contact Kye who has all the answers.
Honestly can't praise him enough so a massive thank you to him.

Fairly easy application process. I only wish there were clearer instructions as to how to pay your credit card off each month manually as I don't want to set up direct debit.

The CCDM is very helpful with coding…
The CCDM is very helpful with coding and downloading the credit card information, without that you can't download an excel which makes it time consuming so I would advise having the CCDM. Set up was easy and Liam and Lorayne from Lloyds have been wonderful, fitting us in quickly and being so pro active, thank you.
