High level of service.
Kye has been extremely helpful over the years and consistently provides a high level of service. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and always follows through promptly, even on short notice. Most recently, he ensured changes were implemented immediately and kept everything clear and straightforward throughout the process. It’s reassuring to work with someone so reliable and professional. I genuinely appreciate his ongoing support and would highly recommend working with him.

Great Service from Lloyds
We've been with Lloyds bank for a number of years who reached out to see if we could use a commercial card for cash flow purposes, Cem Uysal was very helpful in explaining the associated benefits and arranging for the account to be set up. The setup was seamless and we are now benefiting from extended credit and rebates for our spend, it's a service I would recommend.

Credit card feed request
I made a request via our account manager (Sienna Rushton) for a live feed for info from our credit cards into new expenses software. She responded very quickly and referred me to Uzma Ali, who was also very quick and professional. The whole thing was set up in a couple of days and was very straightforward. Thanks to both of them for making things so easy and being so responsive.

Very good telephone customer services support
They have an easy telephony customer support team always available and went through the whole application on the phone. It saved me a lot of time, and i didn't have to deal with an automated service.

1st Class Service
I was guided through the process by the extremely helpful and friendly Uzma Ali
Uzma carefully explained the features and benefits of the cards and provided great examples of how the car could benefit our business
She explained the limits available and how they could be shared across multiple card users if required.
Following our Teams meeting Uzma maintained contact through out the registration and approval process.
To sum up i would say Uzma delivered 1st Class Service
