I received the email first thing Thursday morning, I sat there most of the day waiting for the call also did the same all today Friday. Still waiting. My initial complaint is that I ordered a new car 27/08/21, I was led to believe that it would arrive early March 22, then again in June, then September, now December. It was down to me each time to contact them to find out why it had not arrived. The deal I got at the time was that the price was locked in also £3000 deposit contribution if I took out their finance at 2.8%. I feel that because of this deal I am being penalised and getting pushed down the the order book list.

Can i just mention that this company as a whole was absolutely professional. The standards from the get go to the finish was phenomenal. All hygiene standards were in place and the service was second to none.

Me and my wife were greeted in a lovely manner and were shown around the business and given extra support/guidance as to what we wanted.

Isaac the sales associate kept his calm and delivered his service in a very confident and skilled manner.
