Very good service . Quick and stuck to the times they said and report done and emailed.

Really easy to organise through email, quick quote and detailed on what to expect in survey. We are first time buyers so have never had one done before.
Communication was great through and dealt quickly with any queries. Spoke to a lady on the phone due to a payment issue (my fault) and the lady was lovely and friendly.

Andy carried out a Level 3 Building Survey for us on a detached property built c. 1930. We received a comprehensive report (c. 48 pages) only four days later (on a Saturday!), which highlighted a number of issues that we were previously unaware of. The report was concise and to the point, but provided all of the detail necessary to research the cost of the necessary works, whilst avoiding the boilerplate text that many surveyors seem to pad their reports out with. Plenty of colour photos were included to add context to the narrative. Subsequent to the survey we found both Andy and Lewis very knowledgeable and quick to respond to our additional queries. Lyndis was also lovely to deal with. All in all, a great local company that we would have no hesitation in using again.

Quality, cost and time were all met. I would use them again in this area.

All aspects of dealing with LMB were top notch. When I had to call them they were helpful and solved a booking issue immediately.
