NotchNook Key not working and no response
Bought NotchNook for 25$ and received a key which isn’t working. Still waiting for a new key or even a response from lo.cafe on my mail since a few day…

Irresponsible dishonest company
A couple years ago I purchased Lo Rain and liked it so much I became a patron on Patreon. A few weeks ago the software suddenly began asking for my license key again, so I dug up the purchase email and re-entered it but got an error message- "oops wrong key I guess". I tried contacting the company- no response. I tried the link to reset my license key- 404 error.
And the worst part- I had to cancel my Patreon membership with them when I lost my income earlier this year b/c I had to cut each and every expense no matter how minor, and they continued billing me for the next 8 months. Would not stop I finally raised hell with Patreon, demanding they quit billing me or else I would file chargebacks and make FTC complaints. Yes it was just a few bucks a month, call me petty, but it's the principle of the thing. I cancel = you are not allowed to take my money anymore, period.
The charges were going through Paypal so I disputed with them and provided proof that I had canceled my membership, but lost the dispute because lo.cafe lied to Paypal. They said that I had agreed to their new terms of service that- and I'm guessing b/c I was never given any new TOS- state that they will keep billing you even if you cancel your membership. Um, NO I definitely never agreed to that! You guys were just straight up stealing my money.
Fraudulent company, no customer support and dishonest practices. Avoid.

I love notch nook, constantly updated and bus fixed. Maybe try and lower the price if possible for future costumers. I've personally bought it.
