Much quicker than expected
Much quicker than expected, would’ve taken me all day to do myself. Very friendly crew and they manoeuvred furniture in a way that was very fun to watch.

Arrived over 2 hours late for moving for which I was accommodating.
The job ran over by less than 30 minutes and I was told I had to be charged an extra £140 despite the fact I was flexible with them being 2 hours late. Refused to even meet in the middle on cost and it seemed it was all set up just to be able to charge extra and no compensation offered for the lateness at all. The moment I questioned the price I was threatened with legal action. Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen! Use AnyVan.com - cheaper and more reliable 👍

Hi Ross,
We’re disappointed to read this, particularly as some important context has been left out.
You booked a discounted hourly service through our Big Yellow referral rate and accepted the quotation and Terms & Conditions before the move. Those terms explain that additional time is charged in full hourly blocks.
The job started at approximately 5:29pm and your completion sign-off was just after 8:09pm, so the team were working for around 2 hours and 40 minutes. We also moved a number of additional items that were not included on the online survey you completed beforehand.
We fully accept that the team arrived later than originally planned and apologised for this. However, when we called you on the day to explain the delay, you told us the later timing was actually ideal for you and had helped you out.
You subsequently confirmed in writing that you were not disputing the work carried out or the agreed hourly rate, only how the additional time was calculated. We reviewed this properly and explained why the invoice remained correct under the terms accepted at booking.
At no point were you threatened with legal action. You were advised that if an invoice remained unpaid it would eventually follow our normal debt recovery process.
We always try to be fair and transparent, and you had already received a discounted rate for the service. While we appreciate you remain unhappy with the outcome, we stand by the invoice issued.

Hassle-free, efficient and professional
I was put in contact with James and Adam and I'm so glad I was. They were really friendly, professional, and explained everything on their initial visit, then on the day Matt and Matt were a great team and got everything done quickly, cleaning up after. Using Loads4Less took a lot of hassle out of the clearance, and their policy of recycling is a huge positive. I would highly recommend this team.

A must have service
Loads4less were able to accommodate our move with short notice. I completed a self assessment online and received a very thorough breakdown of costs, which was a competitive quote. Moving with a young family is very stressful, but this was eased by being able to choose a time that worked for us and some materials were dropped off beforehand if we required them. On the day, the 3 removal men worked tirelessly in the 30 degree heat to get us moved in and all our belongings arrived safely. We absolutely would not be sleeping here on the first night without them. It was the best money that we spent. There were a few items taken which needed to stay at the property but this should've been better planning from us.

Very professional and efficient
Matt and Reuben were very professional, efficient and friendly. They got everything across to the new house promptly, including a piano, and with no breakages. They kept us informed throughout and were guided by us as to where to put boxes/each piece of furniture.
I used Loads 4 Less 10 years ago, was very happy with their service and yet again they've done a brilliant job. Thanks guys!!
