Really nice experience at Chiswick show room. Muna was very helpful, professional and friendly.

I had seen what I wanted online, I went into the Chiswick store and the staff were so helpful, they answered my questions and put through my order for me. Looking forward to my sofa and chair arriving.

I’m very disappointed with Loaf’s customer service and complaints handling. Our bed arrived with some damaged fabric and missing bolts. Also, some parts were damaged during installation by Loaf’s subcontractor Wincanton.

Loaf customer service agreed to remedy these issues, however months later, nothing had been done. I had to repeatedly chase Loaf for updates, each time receiving assurances that progress was being made, but nothing actually happened. I received replies from different people each time who had no history of the complaint, meaning I had to explain the situation repeatedly.

Eventually I felt like I had no choice but to contact the Furniture Ombudsman. Following this, Loaf finally took the complaint seriously. I am now writing this review, 8 months after my initial order, finally having received a replacement bed last week. I was not even offered a gesture of goodwill by Loaf after the ridiculous timeframe and a significant amount of time and effort on my part to resolve this.

Very welcoming store on Chiswick High Road - my grandchildren, called Arlo and Jacob funnily enough, were delighted by the cookies and lots of games to play - genius because it gave myself and my daughter plenty of time to look at colours, test out mattresses etc. for the bed we wanted for her.
We had looked previously so had a good idea but still needed plenty of time.
Charming sales assistant and all was done and dusted with lots of helpful comments.

These are the most comfortable couches I’ve ever tried. Manaal was super kind and helpful. The store offers a great experience with plenty of models to try, fabric options and multimedia support. There are some board games for children and dogs are allowed!

Exception friendly staff on hand to advise and help learn more about product ranges and made to feel very welcome. After one and half hours we finally walked away knowing we'd chosen the right sofa, table and bench, colourways and materials! Being able to pay online from an email link and order detail also gives you extra time to reflect, tweak and check your order. Love Loaf!

I don’t think I can give a proper review if I am still waiting for the pillowcase. How is it appropriate to ask for a review before customers have tried out the product?
I didn’t expect pillowcases to take this long to make. If it’s not readily available, then it would be better not to display it in the showroom.

Very helpful ladies -- nothing too much trouble as we dithered about shapes and colours. All the information we needed ready to hand, so we did make a decision in the end.

The selling service is good ( excellent in Chiswick, not so good in Battersea) the products are lovely. Communication, waiting time and delivery is below standard. Still waiting for the refund of an ordered item which Loaf cancelled after months of me waiting for it. Mixed package. They need to improve on communication. AI doesn’t work in their favour.

I wrote detailed feedback last week explaining I was pleased with the Chiswick store experience, the products were nice with good customisation options but I would have preferred natural fibres for the filling. I haven’t received the goods yet so really it’s my kittens who will judge how good it is - I hope they like it but they need somewhere to lounge!

One point I did make was on packaging - quite often products come over packaged. Of course some protection is required but there is an environmental point to note, both morally and legally. There is also a customer point in that it’s not a great experience for customers having to dispose of lots of packaging.

Hopefully that’s constructive and of course you can refer back to my feedback from last week.

We bought some Loaf Easy Button Velvet cushions around a year ago and the quality is awful. We loved these when we saw them in the show room, but within 6 months the colour faded and the velvet has all balded due to the feathers frequently pushing through. The quality is very poor, the inserts are now very thin and the outer cover is ruined. We’ve contacted the customer service team and received no support aside from an offer for someone to be sent out to repair them out of goodwill - how they could repair a cushion cover has not been explained. I have used and had a number of loaf sofas which are great, but their home furnishings are gimmicky and over priced, and the customer service has been awful. We also tried to get support in store and received no help or assistance. Don’t buy these unless you’re happy to replace within 6 months.

I came into the store to look for a sofa as I will be moving home soon. I was approached by Manaal, who asked me if I needed any help and I said, yes. Her customer service skills was excellent! And her knowledge of the product was second to none. Definitely 5 star 🌟

We had a great experience at Loaf! We just bought the Squishblocks Chase sofa and couldn't be happier. The team was so helpful throughout the process, especially Muna. My experience has been great. Everyone at Loaf shack either at islington, battersea or Chiswick branch has been very professional and helpful. I end up purchasing my couch (ex-display). Islington branch tried to source the couch Medium Smithy and the colour I wanted which is on at Chiswick branch. From there onwards the whole experience has been very smooth.
