Top class shopping experience
Perusing your store is a treat. Super helpful (and not too overpowering, sales assistants), really engaging, interested and knowledgeable/helpful. Offered refreshments whilst I looked in store which was a great extra customer service point. More than just a shopping experience.

Amazing service
We were greated with warmth and allowed freedom to look around. We were given an amazing service. It was a hot day and we got some cold water and prosecco. Could not fault the service.

Great customer service in the shop, I love that you can experiment with all the fabrics and make an informed decision.
All the staff we dealt with on both visits knew exactly what they were talking about, gave us advice on fabrics and colour.

Great service, excellent quality.
I had very specific requirements for a sofa and visited Loaf without much hope of finding what I was looking for. I was immediately helped by Karl, who guided me to a sofa which meets all my needs. He could not have been more helpful and I received a very prompt follow up email providing all the information I needed.
The sofa is so comfortable and looks extremely well made. I have opted for their additional Castelan protection cover which I consider to be excellent value. Thank you Loaf, and particularly, Karl.

Visited Loaf over the weekend with a good idea of what we wanted, we were helped by Karl who was great helping us with final choices ! Gave us lots of time to make our decision on fabrics we were undecided between. Very happy with our two new cuddle muffins. Can’t wait for them to arrive and we can make our new house a home :)

The staff in the Batley store (Redbrick Mill) where extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped when needed but also left you to try out as many sofas as you wanted. Special mention to Karl and Laura for their help
