Was told for months there was DDoS protection, only to find out it never existed. the owner brad says he knows what hes doing but how could you not know this for months?

A lousy customer service, I thought Migrating My Server had been trying for days. The migration system didn't work and the customer service team didn't collaborate to make it happen, I thought it was better than Nitrado but apparently not.

It is one of the best hosting services I have tried, achieving maximum performance without shared resources. I Love it

I signed up for a hosted Ark Survival Ascended server. The hosted server would not populate in the server lists, and was not confirmed for cross-platform. When I spoke with an individual on the website, he said that they were unsure why it wouldn’t show up, and that cross-platform was not a tested feature for their server. I requested a refund.

Servers a very stable and don’t get overwhelmed when you spawn to many ai and the only bad is just needs more staff to help answer tickets

Incredibly easy to use, their panel is much more streamlined and efficient when needing to do any server maintenance. The discord is somewhat active with 1 on 1 help support. pairing these, with the addition of the loaftools utility, makes your life so much easier.

Bradford has helped me with this server from day one I am new to all this and older so I have a big learning curve but he has made it painless and with his patience and understanding it’s made my experience here a good one. I am coming from another server and my experience over there is one that the host makes me feel like a hindrance than a customer and some guys at Texas Roadhouse said give yall a try and I did I wish I would have found yall sooner. Thank you for the customer service top notch in my book keep it that way and I will recommend you guys 10/10 for sure
