They never delivered on any promise or upsell promotions. I lost over $6500 with nothing to show. No support, no training, no help. Stay away. It's a matter of time before the FBI takes his case for ripping everyone off.
SCAM!!!!!!!! STAY far away! This is how the business works... you find business owners who need a loan... you send that business owner to the loan broker who will almost certainly get denied. I sent over 100 clients to them and ZERO got approved. Some of them probably weren't qualified but a good portion of them were and they were still denied (people with over 800 credit score and no defaults). It was a lifetime membership which was BS they locked me out a year later and said I need to renew. There is NON STOP upsells with them as well. I've never heard of someone making money and its CRAZY EXPENSIVE!! I dropped over $30k when you include advertising expenses to get the clients. I dropped probably $10k in the loan broker network courses
I paid for a lifetime membership after paying $97, I paid another $300 but they changed it to a 2 year membership and kicked me off of the network
I worked for a month time for Loan Broker Network. I have a copy of my contract to prove my employment. They have not paid me for my sales commissions. I give two stars only because I care about my manager Larry who is a good person. But the company structure is a scam. I also found out that none of my
colleagues have been paid their sales commissions. This is a place you should run from. I am terribly sorry working for them, and I am sorry for the few people who have to deal with this fraud.
I recently purchased the loan broker network service from LBN, starting with an initial payment of $997. However, I soon realized that navigating their online platform was incredibly challenging, especially since I lack IT skills. Despite the difficulties, I continued to invest in their services, paying an additional $3,000 and later another $5,000, with the promise that I would start making money and receive ample support.
They claimed to offer weekly phone calls where the principal, Mr. Smith, would provide guidance. However, these calls turned out to be nothing more than Mr. Smith using vulgar and obscene language while boasting about how easy it is to approach wealthy individuals and secure loans. It became evident that there was no real training or guidance on how to execute the process successfully.
I had hoped to run this business from the comfort of my home, but it soon became clear that without proper training, the $5,000 I had paid was essentially wasted. Moreover, it seemed like every day they would introduce new ideas and demand more money, claiming that I needed to purchase additional services to succeed. It felt like a never-ending cycle of paying for something that never materialized.
When I decided to file a claim with my credit card company, LBN immediately retaliated by kicking me out of their system. They blocked my access, changed my password, and made it impossible for me to log back in. It is evident that this is a complete scam.
I have attempted to contact someone regarding this issue, but it has proven to be impossible. It seems like nobody is available or willing to address the concerns of disgruntled customers. LBN makes promises they cannot keep, leaving individuals like myself feeling cheated and deceived.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against engaging with LBN. They lure you in with promises of success and support, only to take advantage of your investments without providing any substantial training or assistance. I purchased a year program allegedly they never provided me with copy of contract or anything to support my purchase.

I am writing to address an issue regarding my account with Loan Broker Network. I've been a customer for several years but recently, there have been several misunderstandings and actions taken by you or your team that have caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
I would like to bring to your attention a specific concern related to a mini course for which I have paid in full.
Despite settling the payment for this course, my access to it was revoked along with the closure of my account.
This action was taken following my participation in your Facebook group where I expressed my grievances regarding the Fast Track Program and other aspects of your services.
While I acknowledge and appreciate the refund, though dunning and surprising as a response to legitimate concerns of mine with the Fast Track Program, it has come to my attention that the access to the mini course, a separate entity for which I had already paid, was also unjustly removed.
I understand the necessity of maintaining decorum within online communities. However, the removal of access to a product that I have lawfully purchased seems to be an oversight that needs rectification.
As a long-time supporter of you business, and you, Phil, a one-man operation, it is disheartening to find myself in this position.
I never received the product/service for this old Transaction (below:1). Perhaps I'll address these concerns here later.
In any case, please restore my access back to he Mini Course I paid for in full.

Pre-sales, I got Calls, Text, and Emails from Sales People. I even got Phil to reply to my FB Messenger Inbox Msgs.
But now...
No reply to my email/s now (above) from Mr. Smith and Company, yet I continue to get more emails from them to buy, adding to the thousands I literally have from them.
From one Plea for help/Complaint I've been completely ostracized, including at the Facebook Group, and even from the Course Site housing my fully paid for Product (Loan Broker Mini Course), as if I've been harassing, disruptive, or otherwise unpleasant. I have NOT been and no factual evidence of that could exist.
