Providing us with loan information for protentional properties we were looking at. Providing pro and con to different loans and also condo association fee.
I would definingly work with them all again.

We worked with Randall for the last few years during a very long housing search. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about many parts of the process, but found Randall to be easy to talk to and always willing to answer our many, many questions. I really can't say enough great things about Randall and Lemon. I have worked with this team on three different loans at this point and it is truly always a pleasure. Loan Envy is THE BEST. The process of purchasing a home can be very overwhelming, especially for a first time home owner, but Randall and his team at Loan Envy were incredibly helpful, kind, thoughtful, intuitive, informed and exceptionally generous with their time. Randall went above and beyond. He explained various options and helped find the best loan for me. He provided a comprehensive list of documents I needed to gather and an easy and safe way to send them electronically. He was always quick to respond to any questions. I wouldn’t do a loan with anyone else.
