Oliver was so easy to deal with and guided me through the process with ease.

To be honest I'd never had a loan before. I was very nervous! I'm grateful I got Erin as a Broker. The language used in the very first Email inviting to call back got me. It felt sincere and removed the fear of calling back. The process every step of the way was explained. I can honestly say we got thru this together. Once approved the emails were coming rapid fire and dealing with both the Lender and the Broker and then the Insurance felt a little overwhelming 🙃...Erin was great...she reiterated what the Emails contained and encouraged reading them 'before' responding and not to rush. I felt safe in the process because of Erin's style of communication....Professional and Friendly balanced perfectly.
I am so grateful for the service provided by Loan Spot. Thank you so much for getting me thru the application successfully.

They are terrible, and will send you MULTIPLE messages a pay period to remind you that you have loan, then they will continue to taunt you, and the representative Anne is very rude.
