Recently bought Pokemon first partner series 3 from Lockett Labs. Have bought from here before too and each and every time I always have a five star service and experience. Always great prices with fantastic service too.

I always shop at Lockett Labs. They are amazing! They care about their customers and have a huge variety of product. Have never had an issue and thanks to this store my child and I can keep up with the latest Pokémon products and even able to get hold of some older cards. Highly recommend shopping here.

Very helpful card shop owner who goes out their way to help you. Yes stock goes quick but thats because prices are competitive and they seem to get lots of repeat customers because of this. I see some reviews moaning they dont get quick enough responses but these seem like borderline pestering so would ignore that review personally.

I messaged on Facebook having purchased from before asking about a product available

Also said I'd joined businesses discord group then left to go out for few hours sometime in the next 6 hours she heart emoji responded to my message about joining the discord but not responded to my questions

So I asked her if I could please get a answer and her rude response was

Give me a chance buddy I just sat down and it’s the weekend 😅

Followed by

Keep an eye on discord 🙌🏻 if there’s any drops you’ll get notified quickly :)

Which she then proceeded to remove and ban me from the discord group and block me on Facebook

Very weird business practice if you ask me so I'd highly recommend avoiding this shop

And if your gonna try lie I've got proof if you care to unblock me and talk like a adult and not like a child I'm cool with that

You was very helpful and understanding, I would definitely come back to buy. Extremely friendly and a great company to shop with, has a great selection, one of my favourite places to shop for Pokemon cards.

The single card i ordered was in very good condition . The reason i have only given 3 stars is the Delivery charge which is very very expensive, the charge for delivery was way more than the cost of the card.

Made my first purchase after hearing good things about Lockett labs from friends. Ordered 5 mini Pokemon tins and they gave me one of each design from the set. That was really nice, I wasn’t expecting it at all. It was packaged well and not a single dent.
