I was referred to Ben, luckily he was able to come pretty much straight away, at 5pm on a Friday night. they came and replaced the lock. Fixed straight away at a fair price. I would recommend them.

Mark was really professional. He was friendly and explained everything clearly. And with a few items went above and beyond to make them look good and work correctly

Last Saturday afternoon I could not lock my composite door. In a panic I rang 1st Defence Locksmiths. Spoke to Ben who was very helpful and one of his colleagues arrived late afternoon. He was a lovely guy, very helpful, and explained everything to me, putting my mind at ease. He adjusted my lock and door hinge and everything sorted within 45mins. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Price was very reasonable for a weekend call out and I can’t praise Ben and his colleague high enough. They are the best. Definitely a five star service.

Would highly recommend Ben. He replaced some window locks for me. He did a great job, was friendly, prompt and very professional.

Fabulous service from start to finish ..called at 11am.. arrived at agreed time and called to advise en route... fully equipped to deal with the job .wasnt the easiest of jobs as the locks had to be amended and Ben advised the best solution ..had all tools needed for the job..nothing was too much trouble..live in Roundhay..highly recommend

Fast and reliable service
Called Ben this morning after arriving to my grandma's house and struggling to get in. Explained to Ben that my grandma was vulnerable and had carers in through the day.
Ben came within the hour and was able to quickly explain the problem and fixed the door accordingly.
Great service definitely recommend.

Absolutely 1st class service. I emailed Ben over the weekend explaining my issue and I received a response within 1hr and an appointment arranged for a few days time. Ben turned up on time talked me through what needed doing all work was completed professionally without any fuss.
