Absolutely fantastic service! Eddy called me back within just a couple of minutes of me placing my enquiry, and then called again to confirm what time he would be coming.

He checked the lock, explained clearly what had happened and replaced it for me. He was completely transparent about the charges from the beginning, so there were no surprises.

Eddy was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite, and the whole experience was incredibly easy and stress-free.

Sliding glass door locked itself, got them out, after they arrived they charged $400 plus to pick the lock, said couldnt guarantee it wouldnt happen again so I paid another $300 plus to have the lock changed , so about $880 total, 2 DAYS LATER door wont unlock from outside again!!!!! Ring them, phone rings for 15 mins, no answer, cant leave a message. Had to call another locksmith at 830 pm to try to get in- awaiting them now. VERY ANGRY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PS locksmith arrived, says new lock not installed properly. Missing screws, screws broken, not screwed in far enough so door catches. Got me inside, couldnt afford more than that as spent every cent I had on Locksmith Now 2 days ago. After this locksmith left, couldnt unlock door again. Have to climb through open window until can get them out to fix it or afford to pay to have a new lock installed again. Have to lock door when not home so dogs dont get in and cats dont get out.

I ordered the service for a lock fix that i had problems with for a while and thomas was the one arriving to my house and since the start we bonded well he was kind and professional and fixed the problem quickly and since than had no issues with the lock ever again

Great job. They charged me $179 for an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon and got there in 20 ish minutes. No damage and very professional

They quoted me around 400 for the initial unlocking of the door and then an “extra” hundred ish if they needed to drill- there was no discussion of an exact amount ever and I didn’t sign anything- then they got me to pay- 1,600…. Where did they pull that number from I have no idea. After I requested some sort of refund their response was an offer of 10% off FUTURE services… absolutely horrible this has left me really distraught and financially unwell
