Maybe I should have read the reviews first. It may be a small thing, but don’t advertise 2 day shipping when you mean a week.

I feel like I had a great time finding what i wanted on the website. I did have trouble with my product due to me not being experienced in this field of sexual activity. I will say that with better knowledge I have purchased a second product from your site and believe it shall be much better this time around. This first product was good, just not my size. I am happy to start exploring Chasity and the products here help a lot. Thank you

I was a little unsure about this site but tried it out anyway. Ordered from the co.uk site and there's a great selection. Got an email a week after my order was confirmed saying that one of the items was no longer available and I could either wait or choose something else. I choose a different product and was asked about colour. After I replied I heard nothing for a few days just to then be told that that product was no longer available either (both items were still listed as available on the site but was told that it was due to the system not having been updated to show them out of stock). Then choose the red and black Total Denial in Resin cage. Took a bit of getting used to trying to put together but eventually did it. Went to sleep and woke up to find the cage came apart. Didn't try it again for some time but tried it again today and again it came apart. Bought the Locked Sissy Kit and it pinches a little but stays together and flattens your package greatly

Products are fine though definitely from a cheaper provider and at a huge markup but the customer service is awful, accidentally ordered the wrong product and immediately emailed to correct it, as there's no option on the site. They at first responded saying it would be cancelled but then heard nothing until it arrived I had emailed every day asking for an update and was ignored. When they finally emailed back they took no accountability and were just plain rude.

Very good product, works as advertised ( even better I would say) , the slap level setting is very powerful and i can’t see how anyone could remain unmoved by it … we love it very much!

Poor experience, product doesn't come with any hygienic packaging... just wrapped in tissue paper and in a resealable bag. Gross. Such a shame.

I have never been more disappointed in a product as I am and the one I received. I purchased an electric cage with adjustable ball holder. When my product arrived, there were no directions include included. The electric is nonexistent, and I am unable to insert the chords that were included in any place on the cage provided. Also, there was no direction and how to adjust the ball holder to make it either larger or smaller.

When 1st looking at the chastity cages, truly wasn't sure if the newer cages. I'm sorta used to the plastic style with the 3 pin system. But after buying the holy V5, I'm sold. My Mistress even likes the way it looks keeping everything in a tight package. She now has me getting either a full encasement type of chastity cage,or getting an Esteem so that when she's a distance away visiting family,she can always tap on the app and let me know that she's thinking about me and to keep my swelling down,and not getting excited. Be purchasing more products for here.

The cage was a perfect fit. Bright pink fit right over my panties. My wife loves it. She enjoys paddling my rear end , and then picking out pretty things for me to wear, especially panties. She keeps being panties all the time I’ll get to come out of the cage about once a week. So she can let have an orgasm. Sometimes I have to eat it, but I don’t mind if it makes her happy. I enjoy being her slave.

Ordered "Total Denial in Resin". When it arrived, the white parts were permanently stained with yellow, the entire thing had an awful acrid smell and the entire thing was covered in a film of filth. The key was badly rusted around the loop holes and on the sides of the key blade, and one of the keys was had the surface layer torn open like it'd been gripped with sharp spiked pliers. There were rust and other stains on the insides of the baggies it came in... And the entire thing came sealed in a vacuum packed bag.

Overall, the cage was unhygienic and totally useless, it looks like I got a well used product or someone pissed in the bag before sealing it. I was excited for this cage, now I'm just grossed out.

Emailed the company and haven't heard back yet.

Dropshipped garbage from Aliexpress. When you buy an item from them, they literally just order a $10 cage off Aliexppress, punch your shipping information in for you, and charge you a 400-500% markup.

Fabulous experience !! I ordered my chastity device and it arrived within 4 days. It looks even better than advertised and fit perfectly. I'm looking at buying more from this excellent business.

I measured wrong and can’t use it so I’m not going to leave a bad review even though I wasted $30 :(

Delivery was fast, product was good. Big complaint was the barrel lock would not fit in the cage part so I had to file it down to get it to fit.

I hate to say it, but I was very disappointed with this cage. The part where the lock goes was not lined up well at all, so it was extremely difficult to place the lock all the way in. Also, as I was wrestling with the lock, my d*ck was getting pinched repeatedly. It was sore for two days.
Obviously this is not the kind of item that can be returned, so I threw it away. $50 right in the trash.

Ordered from them, a week went by with no updates about my order. Messaged customer support saying they’ll get back to me but never did so I asked again and they ghosted me. Pretty sure it’s just a scam site to just avoid them…

Customer service was terrible .. I waited 2 weeks for delivery only to then be told because I’d opened the box I couldn’t return it ! Scandalous .. after more than 20 emails and threatening to report them to consumer rights organisations and forwarding my complain to the US operation I finally got my refund. Be advised that if you open the packaging you’ll not be able to return .. use caution. I won’t ever be buying from them again .

Absolutely dogshit company will lead you in circles leaving emails unanswered for days at a time trying to get anything replaced or returned has turned out to be a massive pain in the ass steer clear of this fake Chinese garbage

Terrible company delivery went missing said parcel damaged in transit worst company ever and no reply
