I was treated with dignity, kindness and compassion right from the start of the procedure. The gentlemen that collected my sister's body from her home really were gentle men and eased the horrible experience of an unexpected death.
I chose Lodge Brothers to direct the funeral as I have found them to be excellent in the past when they have dealt with my late parents and husband. The funeral arranger was most helpful and treated me with understanding and patience. The funeral was carried out without any problems and everything that had been arranged went very well. The care is exemplary and I highly recommend this firm.

Jill Wakefield was with you for 4 weeks in August for end of life care. All staff, at all levels, were helpful, sympathetic , professional in their care services and kept us fully in the picture. Despite being largely in pain and discomfort for most of the time , Jill was very ‘comfortable” where she was located, and with the assistance and personal care she was given, in difficult circumstances. The many funeral donations denoted to the Hospice on Jill’s behalf will bear witness to your excellent service and facilities.

All staff made a difficult time much easier and we really felt cared for and looked after through the whole process.

Caroline was caring and supportive throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had.

We use lodge brothers previously and found their service excellent both times.

Their support and care for us as a family was very reassuring. No question was left unanswered. We had their 100% undivided attention over everything. Cyd was marvellous and our Controller, Steve, made sure everything was as we wished on the day. I couldn’t have wanted a better service. Very much appreciated.

Lodge Brothers in Ashford (Middx) made everything easy to organise, and stayed in touch every step of the way.

As someone who has never arranged a funeral before, they went through each decision with us, and then handled everything. At no point did we feel rushed, and they never tried to "upsell" anything.

On the day of our Dad's funeral, the staff were perfect. They made sure everything was as we had arranged, and were available, yet unnoticeable. They were very kind and understanding.

Huge thanks to Alison (in branch), Daniel (conductor) and Chris Howell (celebrant). They really ensured that, on such a difficult day, we were able to just grieve and not worry about the details.

The team at Lodge Brothers Chertsey were excellent. Sally helped me with all the arrangements for my dad’s funeral and she was caring and kind throughout. All my questions were promptly answered and nothing was too much trouble. Dad’s funeral was beautiful, Blake was our wonderful celebrant. Friends and family commented on what a lovely service it was. After providing a perfect funeral for our beloved mother in 2023, it was an easy decision to choose Lodge Brothers again when our wonderful father passed away unexpectedly. Julie (in the Twickenham branch) handled everything with great compassion, kindness and competence, from recommending the outstanding celebrant Chris Howell to successfully arguing proof of residency with Richmond Council. We could not have asked for a better service, and I would recommend Lodge Brothers without a moment's hesitation.
