Very fast delivery. Arrived in good shape with protective packaging that ensured my product wasn’t damaged in customs. Very happy with the boots, dress and gloves I ordered- they are even better than I imagined and the sizing guide on the website was accurate for fit. Suggest adding a glove sizing guide for even better experience. Thanks!

Jeg bestilte to ting, som jeg desværre ikke kunne passe og dermed måtte sende retur. Det var nemt og ukompliceret. Dét og at kvaliteten er meget høj betyder at det bestemt ikke er sidste gang, jeg handler hos Lofina.

I love the look of these boots but, I almost returned them due to fit. I have high arches and they were very hard to zip below the ankle. I am not located in Europe so the shipping took 12 days. I don't think I will try to exchange them. A larger size would not help. These are not boots to wear in snow or rain because I cannot fit heavy socks with them. I live in a cold place so that is the reason I reduced my rating to 4 stars.

Dear Lofina! First of all, thank you very much for the super fast delivery! I have a new experience with this manufacturer, and I will definitely look into the offer in the future. Super quality and comfortable. Yes, the prices are high for us, but that's understandable because they are handmade. This is already my second pair. I have a wide foot and have been operated on several times, so I can't look at the price anymore. Now I'm really looking forward to the long dark brown boots and . ....and black sneakers...
