🚨 AVOID LOFT CRAFTS AT ALL COSTS – I REGRET EVER BUYING FROM THEM 🚨

I paid £510 CASH for what was supposed to be a BRAND-NEW wardrobe.

What I received was a DAMAGED, INCORRECT AND INCOMPLETE product.

The large FRONT DOOR PANEL arrived severely cracked. The interior was NOT what I ordered. The promised LED lights were MISSING.

Even worse, the fitter they sent attempted to GLUE the cracked front panel without telling me or asking for my permission. I only discovered what he was doing when I walked into the room. Now Loft Crafts is using the fact that the wardrobe has been assembled and “fixed” as a reason not to replace the damaged panel – even though it was THEIR fitter who attempted that repair.

Their own invoice states a ONE-YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY.

Before delivery, I sent Loft Crafts a photograph showing EXACTLY the interior I wanted: plenty of shelves, four drawers and minimal hanging space. They confirmed this IN WRITING TWICE. I also specifically asked about the LED lights and was told they were included.

They took my money and delivered something different.

Their fitting promises were no better. I was originally told their fitter would come within an hour and fitting would cost £80. Nobody arrived. Two days later the fitting cost became £120.

The difference between their behaviour BEFORE and AFTER receiving my cash was shocking.

Before payment: fast replies, helpful, reassuring.

After payment: excuses, dismissive responses, unanswered calls and ignored messages.

NO PROPER APOLOGY.
NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
NO ACCEPTABLE RESOLUTION.
JUST EXCUSES.

I only wish I had found their Trustpilot page and READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE handing over my money. I found them too late. After reading other customers' experiences, what happened to me no longer feels like an isolated incident.

PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING.

A company should not be judged only by orders that happen to arrive correctly. Judge a company by what it does when something goes wrong.

In my case, something went badly wrong – and instead of simply putting it right, I have been left chasing them for a solution.

I have EVERYTHING documented: photographs of the damage, videos, the invoice showing the warranty, and the written conversations showing exactly what was agreed before delivery.

I paid for a NEW wardrobe. I did NOT pay £510 cash to receive cracked doors, the wrong interior, missing LED lights and then spend my time fighting to get the problems corrected.

I will not simply disappear because my money has already been taken.

⚠️ MY ADVICE: DO NOT PAY LOFT CRAFTS CASH. KEEP EVERY MESSAGE, EVERY PHOTO AND EVERY DOCUMENT.

AVOID LOFT CRAFTS AT ALL COSTS.

I wish somebody had warned me this clearly before I bought from them.

bought this wardrobe yesterday and I’m very happy with it. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and it feels very sturdy and well made. It was exactly what I was looking for and I’m really pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended!
