It was a pleasure to see such effective team work in action – everyone clearly understood their roles and worked hard to complete the work in the shortest possible timescale. An experienced, professional, polite and efficient group of tradesmen was used throughout the build. We made the correct decision in commissioning everything through Log Cabins Scotland Ltd. from site preparation through to the finishing touches. Explanations and advice throughout the process were clear and unambiguous and the eventual build was exactly what we were expecting. Extending the decking as an afterthought of ours was readily accommodated and the use of composite decking was a masterstroke! The heat pump is very efficient and the excellent insulation creates a great environment.We’d highly recommend Log Cabins Scotland Ltd to anyone looking for a professional build.

From start to finish Log Cabins Scotland were a pleasure to deal with.
We initially had an idea of what we were wanting but they gave us other ideas and we are so glad we took their advice.
Nothing was a problem to them.
The workers that came to build the building were excellent workers and very professional.
What we didn’t realise was the amount of effort that goes into the final finishing of the building is mind blowing.

I am the proud owner of a fine much admired log cabin courtesy of Log Cabin Scotland.  From the very beginning Wendy has been absolutely brilliant in supporting me through the whole process of choosing the right product for me and navigating the various details and options.  Keith has also been very helpful throughout and I appreciate his direct and honest approach.  Their technical expertise and experience have helped ensure a smooth project despite Covid restrictions and a prolonged planning consent process due to my living in a conservation area.
The week before the installation started Lee and the team arrived to prepare the foundations which was completed by early afternoon.  On the day of the work starting everything arrived and was offloaded impressively fast with military precision due to efficient preparation on their own premises beforehand.  I had expected the cabin to take four or five days to complete.  However, due to the dry warm weather they managed to complete the job in only three days.   Their work ethic was second to none.  They started early and finished late.  Unbelievably hard workers.  I expect being a small family business they have to set high standards for themselves as their reputation relies on it.  Lee and his team are really nice guys as well as being efficient and superb at their job.  They erected a first class log cabin and left not one bit of debris or rubbish behind.  
People passing by have asked to see it and everyone who has inspected it is well impressed.  I love it and would recommend them without hesitation.  The only thing was I had to wait a while due to covid, my needing planning consents and the fact that the company is very much in demand but it was so worth it for such a quality job.

Our Summerhouse has been up for some 6 years now, and looks as good as the day Keith & Co installed it. The quality build and finish has been excellent and this has been commented on by friends and neighbours alike. Our Summerhouse is bespoke and both Wendy and Keith took considerable time to discuss every detail. Every success in the future.

Keith, Wendy, Lee & Team have been nothing short of exceptional throughout the consultation process, planning and execution of our double carport project. We are so pleased with the finish and quality of the structure so much so, it looks as though it came with the house!!! If anyone is looking for a cabin I would highly recommend Log Cabins Scotland. From the moment we met Wendy in the office everything went to plan. We were given specifications on different timber sizes,roof coverings, paint coatings, windows, doors and heating. We had a good look over the magazines given to us and we sent our ideas of what we wanted sizes etc to Wendy to check over. We then had a visit from Keith who checked our sizes to see if we had any boundary problems etc. Once decided and approved we were sent plans from them much more professionally done than my scribble on paper we checked them approved and cabin was sent for. We didn’t have to wait long until we received an email to say it arrived. While waiting for it the team who erect the cabin lead by Lee came to put down the blocks for the foundation. The cabin arrived and the team worked very hard all week through very cold and wet weather until the cabin was complete. We are now the proud owners of a lovely cabin which my wife will use for an art studio. Would I recommend Log Cabins Scotland? 100%. An excellent experience from start to finish. We look forward now to many years of enjoyment with our new Cabin.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was a little wary of spending a large amount of money on the internet, on a product I had never seen. But the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service I received put my mind at ease immediately. Any questions answered, with helpful advice along the way. The delivery was also smooth and on time, with a call one hour before arrival. The carport I ordered was easy to assemble, a packaged pallet to carport complete in two days. Apart from the roof covering. It appears to be a very good product and looks great. I would highly recommend Log Cabins Scotland, you will certainly have no worries or problems.

We are so happy with our new Swedish-looking logcabin from Log Cabins Scotland. The whole process was so smooth and quick from our initial meeting with Wendy and Keith to discuss and plan the cabin, to having it built and completed in our back garden. The whole team of people were friendly, helpful, professional and extremely efficient. The quality of the cabin is excellent and it has been much admired by all who have seen it. We are absolutely delighted with our ROME Garden Room from Log Cabins Scotland. The cabin is an exceptional quality build, with excellent workmanship by Lee, David and Dougal, professionally managed by Keith and Wendy. Everything went like clockwork, from placing the order, updates, cabin delivery from BHB, LCS service, quality build and end product. The guys worked extremely hard and their work ethic and professional approach was second to none. The speed of build to finished product surprised us and the build quality of the end result is exceptional. We shall certainly recommend Log Cabins Scotland to friends and family. Our neighbours are suitably impressed."

We had a pavilion built by LCS 6 years ago and had absolutely no complaints at any stage in the process; from their initial contact to the build and signoff the team were thoroughly professional and delivered a quality product within our agreed timescales.

Moving on to the present; we recently had an issue with one of the door handle bolts becoming loose and a small piece was lost in the garden.

I contacted LCS on the off chance that they may be able to suggest a remedy or a supplier for such small spares.

Within 2 days Keith and Wendy had mailed me (1st class post) the necessary spares at no cost to ourselves.

In terms of quality workmanship and Customer focus it would be difficult to beat the service provided by LCS

We now have a wonderful cabin in the garden. During the planning we were expertly guided through the many options. The base preparation and cabin construction were carried out efficiently and professionally.
