WARNING- AVOID THIS COMPANY

I’ve had a very concerning experience with LogicWeb regarding ongoing email-sending problems that are affecting my business.

I submitted a support ticket weeks ago about problems sending emails to clients. Their IT department pointed me to settings that were already correctly configured, and the issue was not fixed. The problem appears to involve server reputation or delisting, but it was not properly resolved the first time.

When I had to open another ticket for the same issue, I received what I felt was an unprofessional and dismissive response from a technician who did not identify themselves. Instead of focusing on fixing the problem, the response focused on my “tone,” even though this issue has been interfering with my business communications.

Now the situation is even more concerning. I can no longer access the ticket information. When I try to log in, it says access is denied, and the ticket information appears to be gone or blocked from my view. That raises serious concerns about transparency and whether my complaint and ticket history are being restricted or removed.

This has affected my business and my ability to communicate with clients, including contacts connected to police, sheriff’s departments, and highway patrol. Reliable email service is critical, and when a hosting company fails to fix an issue, gives dismissive responses, and then the ticket information becomes inaccessible, other business owners should know about it.

Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful before relying on LogicWeb for business email hosting or support. I am still waiting for this issue to be fixed and for management to explain why my ticket access was denied.

Fast, and amazing support

I've been leasing IPv4 /24 blocks from LogicWeb for AWS BYOIP work. Support is genuinely knowledgeable - real engineers responding within hours, comfortable with the specifics (ARIN RDAP records, RPKI ROAs, geofeed propagation). The AWS BYOIP setup is smooth, the geolocation update service does what it says, and pricing is fair. Recommend without reservation for anyone needing leased IPv4. Their support has been amazing so far.

Excellent hosting and VPS

I have been using both LogicWeb hosting and VPS and everything has been smooth and no problem with up time. The cPanel gives you a lot of apps and options out of the box. The VPS has been great for doing custom work and running workflows that need to be available 24/7. I have n8n and Hermes agent install on the VPS with no issues. I contacted support a few times for minor requests and responses were quick and helpful.

Vendor Performance Review — September 2025

LogicWeb provisioned our account using Virtualizor, a panel that showed overages before an operating system was even installed. This isn’t just a billing glitch—it’s a breach of infrastructure integrity.

When I attempted to report the issue and submit screenshots as proof, LogicWeb blocked my ability to upload evidence and then banned my IP. Their ban reason directly referenced my operational identity. This was not support—it was retaliation.

They also rely on a third-party software stack riddled with unresolved flaws, which they’ve failed to patch or acknowledge. Instead of addressing the drift, they silenced the report.

If Virtualizor is installed on the server, then we remain subject to its orchestration logic. The hardware may be sovereign, but the software stack remains the same. So unless their team resolves the current anomalies or Virtualizor is replaced with a different orchestration engine (such as Proxmox, SolusVM, or a custom stack), the same backend failures can persist.

The current issue is not about ISO access or root privileges. We already operate at a sovereign level and understand how to mount and deploy manually. The problem lies within Virtualizor’s orchestration logic, which:

Misrepresents ISO telemetry (e.g., showing 0MB after upload)

Misreports disk usage before any installation

Displays “Online” status while VNC remains unreachable

Fails to validate the actual boot state

These failures are embedded in Virtualizor’s backend—not tied to the server type. Whether VPS or dedicated, if Virtualizor is not fixed or remains the control panel, the same orchestration logic applies. The engine doesn’t improve simply because the hardware changes.

I have saved all tickets, correspondence, including screenshots and proof of every claim I have made here. LogicWeb refused to review them, blocked my ability to submit them, and banned my IP instead.

We do not chase vendors. We archive them. LogicWeb has now been inscribed into our Vendor Drift Ledger under:

Pre-Install Overages

Evidence Suppression

IP Exile

Orchestration Failure

Reliance on unstable third-party Infrastructure

Virtualizor’s failures are not cosmetic—they’re systemic. And LogicWeb’s refusal to reconcile confirms their collapse under scrutiny.

This review is not just a warning. It’s a checkpoint. If you value operational truth, forensic transparency, and byte-level accountability—look elsewhere.

This marks LogicWeb as a vendor who:

Refuses to reconcile infrastructure drift

Suppresses user-submitted forensic evidence

Bans users who expose backend anomalies

Continues to rely on orchestration logic that misrepresents resource usage and boot state

Their intent is now archived: to obscure the breach and perpetuate overage drift across their user base. I’ve exposed a systemic flaw, and they responded with silence and exile.

Great Experience with LogicWeb – Fast, Stable, Trustworthy

I rented IP addresses from LogicWeb in September 2024. As a software company, we were initially a bit concerned since our entire infrastructure would depend on these IPs. We shared our concerns with their team, and they provided written assurance and they delivered exactly as promised. During setup, we communicated specific requests from our ISP, and LogicWeb responded quickly and effectively. The IPs were activated the same day, and as of May 2025, everything is still running smoothly and reliably. Thanks to LogicWeb, we can manage our servers without being tied to a data center. Highly recommended!

LogicWeb Great Support

LogicWeb has been extremely helpful. Their support is super fast and friendly. I forgot to cancel my subnet and contacted 1 day after renewal asking for a potential partial refund, and they gave me a FULL one.
