If I could put 0 stars I would. These guys are thieves. I purchased a headset for my Xbox X which turned out not to be compatible so I returned it with great difficulties. Never got a refund. Contacted them many times and despite their promises nothing ever came. So I have no product and down on the money. Shameful. Avoid these guys at all cost. Should have read all the reviews before purchasing.

Bought a set of Astro A40s as they seem to be the only place to purchase them now following the aquisition of astro gaming. Order was shown as taking 1-2 days to dispatch however it took 4 and customer service was less than helpful in regards to contacting them. Once the order was shipped it has then been stuck in customs due to what UPS claim is a lack of the correct import documents. These headphones were a present for someone which has since been and gone. I ordered expecting a UK based shipper and seller but these come from the netherlands. I wont be purchasing again.
They do not deliver to Northern Ireland
They do not sell to residents of Northern Ireland but they don't tell people this at any point during the checkout procedure - they wait until you've loaded up your shopping basket and clicked on one of the payment options then the page stops responding or throws generic error messages. When I asked why they do not deliver to Northern Ireland they initially blamed "Brexit" but then backtracked on this when I told them that no legislation or logistics had changed due to Brexit. They also refused to fix the shopping basket bugs and referred me to their "unsolicited suggestion" policy instead. Never ever again through any retail outlet would I ever consider Logitech. They don't deserve the business!

Never order anything from their website. It's has been a week and half now since I have order a Logitech steering wheel and they haven't contacted me yet. I raised a ticket to cancel my order as it's taking too long but the support says they can't cancel my order because they are unable to contact their own back office to check if the order has been shipped.
Okay products, Awful Customer service
I bought a camera and a keyboard for my home office set-up. First the keyboard takes 7 days to arrive and Logitech tells me it is UPS fault. Now the camera I ordered is having the same "issues" this is the 3rd time the item has been dispatched from the depot in Netherland and it hasn't arrived. I have been waiting for 1 hour in the live chat to be told I was transferred to USA support and I have to wait again.

So I bought a new mouse from Logitech direct. I ordered the new M500s mouse as it had new features like variable DPI. When it arrived it was in a package marked as an M500s. I opened the package and then noticed the part number on the mouse is different to the part number on the packaging. The new M500s mouse part number is 910-005784 which is displayed on the outside of the packaging. However, the number shown on the mouse itself is 810-006874 which is the part number of the OLD M500 mouse. I try to do a return to Logitech but find that their website is absolutely awful! I log into my account here in the UK and then start the returns process where they as for the order number and email address, then click on next and the page then goes to Logitech USA and gives a message stating 'Invalid URL'.
At this point I phone up Logitech on the UK support number 02030248159 - I wait and wait and the an automated answer system states that no one is available but they will ring me back. I select this option and wait. About half an hour later I get a call from a withheld number - it's Logitech USA ? I explain what the problem is and the guy called Joe says he will sort it out and hangs up. Since then no contact from Logitech in any way shape or form. Diabolical support system. I'm stuck with a mouse I didn't order and can't send it back for a refund. Upon further investigation I discover that Logitech have been doing this for at least 3 years ! Bestbuy.com have reports of this bad practise going on in 2020.

Terrible quality for the price tag
I’ve had to get into contact with Logitech numerous times recently in regards to my ‘high quality’ ‘reasonably priced’ Astro A50 Headset as I have had ongoing issues that I cannot resolve, I managed to get into contact with them once (out of 5 or 6 times trying) where they told me to try all the stuff I had tried again, so I did. However, this did not work and they failed to ever respond and help me resolve this issue.
Logitech Home Security Cameras - Battery replacement
I have purchased a number of Logitech home security cameras.
They are battery powered, which is charged regularly by placing them on a 'charging' ring.
Over a period of time, the battery in one of my cameras has degenerated and now completely failed.
I contacted Logitech support to ask them where I could get the battery replaced. I told them that I would be happy to pay for the work as it is out of warranty.
This was their reply:
"Thank you for following through on the steps. Since we do not have spare parts to replace the internal battery, and we do not have repair centers to have your camera checked.
However, we are never pleased to know that one of our products has malfunctioned. And our goal is always to provide full satisfaction to all of our customers.
Because we understand you and cherish your continuous patronage, we can offer you a 20% discount that you can use for all across products on our Logitech website. You can apply the discount code to your next Logitech purchase, such as mice, keyboards, cameras, and other products.
For future reference, your ticket number for this issue is 12144651 and you can reference it should you have any further questions regarding this case"
So, before you part with your hard earned money to buy an expensive Logitech product, do be aware that you may not get any backup if the product fails.
They don't have spare parts ( which is amazing in itself ) and they don't have service centres.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS DIRECT…

warning about Logitech which, until now, has been a brand you can trust, not anymore!
I ordered a K650 Keyboard+M650 Mouse from Logitech's website.
Straight 'out of the box', the Keyboard was faulty, several keys would stick down and not pop up. I contacted Support (Ticket number: 12030832) to initiate a refund and was told 'Sales' would contact me by email to supply the return details and postage label. After two follow-up calls by me, no one from Sales has contacted me. I will update this post when/if this dreadful customer service/support dept. responds.
UPDATE: It took a month to finally receive a refund for an "out-of-box" faulty Keyboard. The whole experience was a disgraceful display of 'Customer Care' by the Swiss Company Logitech.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Wish I had looked here first. Order was Latem no comms to say so, chased, tried to cancel, couldn't. Said it was dispatched, still hasn't delivered although UPS gave me a time slot. Atrocious.
Had I problem with my headset
Had I problem with my headset. I went on to try and buy the part I needed. After going through the farce of entering my details and product code I was asked to send picture of broken part. The agent checked and said wasn't in stock so go and buy from somewhere else. Didn't even say if it will be back in stock or not. I will never buy a Logitech product again. Shame really as the G935 headset is great but customer service lets them down.
Warranty Not Honoured - possibly illegally
Do not buy logitech products if you are Northern ireland based - they do not honour the warranty as they 'cannot' ship to this region. they will continually ask you for an address for a different 'region' - if you manage to convice them that you do not have another address to provide they will then tell you 'opps looks like your product is out of warranty'
Logitech used to be my go to pc accessories - that is no longer the case. have just cancelled ~15 grands worth of corporate Logitech Meetup kit for a number of my employers offices off the back of this shoddy and i suspect illegal behaviour.
Don't buy from this company
I agree with the previous reviewer, that the products from this company are style over substance. I have a security camera that has developed a fault, not even 3 years old. When I contacted customer services for guidance on how to fix it they were completely unhelpful and thanked me for my 'understanding'. The understanding that I now have is that both your products and customer service department suck, and I will not be buying your sub standard products again.

If you like Logitech, buy their product through third-party websites that can assure you support if needed, as Logitech customer service is a joke.
We are a company, and we have been waiting for a refund for 1 month and 3 days. I contacted their customer service via chat (because one cannot discuss these things over the phone) 10 times, and they keep saying that it will be sorted but without giving any timeframe, email confirmation or the possibility of talking to anyone.
Nobody should buy from them directly, but if you are a business, you will end up also wasting a lot of time on top of the money!

Ordered a limited edition gaming mouse as a gift from the official UK online store. The website states the item will be processed within three days. No communications for a week since then. Every basic action (be it cancellation or return) requires to contact their support in chat - a massive pain in the neck and a huge waste of time! Logitech, why can't we have a self-service option like pretty much every other website on this planet? Anyway, 10 days later asked to cancel the order, despite the item not been dispatched yet they were unable to cancel telling that the item has already been 'processed'. That was a lie as far as I'm concerned because the tracking number only arrived two months later, and was shortly followed by the item itself. By then I bought the same item elsewhere. Arranging a return was another nightmare. Apparently everything comes from the eu, just to send anything back you need to attach all sorts of forms and declarations to the parcel. Woefully inefficient, they really should not have a UK based store if they can't deliver the service. Just let Amazon handle it.
PS The product itself is nice.

Highly recommended not to buy directly from the company. They couldn't cancel an order an hour after I placed it and the return policy is so tedious from the UK that I just gave up (the support line didn't even know the correct procedure on how to return it from the UK)
Awful Return Service.
Originally ordered 3 items. I wanted to return 2 of the items and 2 weeks later, Logitech have gotten nowhere. All I ask for is a return label to return the products but seems that Logitech can't even handle that. Disappointed with their team as a whole.
