We approached Logomentary for a complete redesign of our corporate website and the development of a new SaaS platform, and the results simply blew us away. This company is a complete scam! They would not give me my website files that I paid for when i decided to migrate to a different host service- wtf?
Any way we are going to be suing them and exposing their scam which are also in some of the reviews below. They will be nice to you until....
And yes! i had a very good relationship with them UNTIL I smelled the 'rat'.. and decided to take my business elsewhere and then issues started ..
1. They shut down my site 2. Next refused to answer my calls for two months 3. Then when they answered, they wanted to leverage overcharges for hosting my site. 4. I refused to pay they charged my card and shut down my site. Well I filed a VISA complaint and guess what-VISA refunded the hosting overcharge.
So now i want to leave....I don't want to do business with you....(but NO) they are holding my website files hostage!!!!! I have to pay $500 ransom to get MY website files. btw ... this is the same amount they tried to scam me in the hosting charge... get it?

My experience with Logomentary has been nothing short of a nightmare. While their initial design work for my logo and website was acceptable, everything beyond that has been riddled with frustration, deceit, and outright harassment.

After paying for their hosting services, I was bombarded with texts and calls pressuring me to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary website features, claiming my site was “out of compliance.” These fear tactics were relentless and exhausting. I had to push back constantly just to avoid being coerced into services I didn’t need.

Then came the unauthorized charge. They took $1,500 out of my account for a service I did not approve. While they eventually reimbursed me, the situation was incredibly stressful and required persistent effort to resolve.

The final straw? I paid for three years of hosting in February 2024, only to be told in December that my hosting had expired. When I provided proof of payment, I was met with conflicting excuses: first, that my hosting had expired, and later, that a “cyberattack” had forced them to move my site to another server. They demanded an additional $1,000 to continue hosting. John acknowledged the discrepancies in their explanations, but dug his heels in, insisting on more money. This wasn’t just frustrating—it was a blatant violation of business contracts, showing complete disregard for professionalism and integrity.

Add to that the ongoing stress of dealing with their unprofessionalism and their ability to turn even the simplest interactions into a source of anxiety.

I cannot stress this enough: stay far, far away from Logomentary. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and choose a company that operates with integrity.

Absolute SCAM company. They prey on startups and deliver a fine logo then immediately start ripping off with huge costs which they NEVER disclose. First was Lifetime Hosting for thousands $$ - year later they said hosting was annual and needed to pay. Then all the scams with Trademark and 'attestation by Sec of States (50). They tried that twice. Now my website is down and I need a custom plugin ($599) for security to bring it back up. I verified with USPTO that 'Attestestation' is not a thing at all. Horrible ethics and disgusting company.

They are genius scammer.
They won't finish the job. A lot of excuses charge you more money. They start work from last year. I still didn’t get my website. Be carful with your bank card. They has you bank card on file. They will charge your money without your permission after you think they can’t swindle your money anymore. They will tell you is their employee left the company did it.
They will do everything they can put you change your company name and everything. like using a lot different phone number to call you every day. text you every day . Email you every day . even send you mail in your mailbox... You have to give up. because you will can't handle it. Believe me. You don't want have anything to do with them.
Because you won't win. Don’t understand why they still in business.

I cant even begin on this company... It start off great with Victor Lee (which they say nor longer works there.). The project was moving smoothly and progressing... Now the more the project is going and moving they started to either suggest or say I will need this or that which would cost more.. certain things I wanted added and I was willing to pay and certain things they were saying it was a MUST I have to complete this... so I paid $$$ here, $$$ there and $$$ here and $$$ there and I paid.. I started to notice it was always an extra for something they NEVER TOLD ME AT THE BEGINNING!. Just know I have spent over $3000.00 to get this website and logo up and running. Now I speak with Greg Adams or Adams Greg and now he says I need another $1300 to pay for the website to go live with google (The HOST) and I can only use google and it cost $1300 more and that is the only way I can have my website complete and Live.. I have spoke with Adams numerous time today 07/25/2024 and of course he tries to give me a so call discount with the total now being $900 or $999 or something in the nature. I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.. ITS ALWAYS A HIDDEN FEE(S)... and YES I HAVE ALL THE RECIPTS.. I STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... THEY WILL GET YOUR $ AND WILL NOT FINISH THRU.. FYI we have been building this website and my logo since April of 2023 If anything change I will definitely keep you updated.

I work with Victor Lee on my logo. He was very professional and got the job done very quickly. This company did my logo in year 2023. I lost the file with my logo and was able to call back in year 2024 and spoke directly to Victor. He sent it right over without question. (AND HE REMEMBER WHO I WAS). I will highly recommend this company. After completing your logo they tend to keep calling that's the only down side other then that. 5/5 great company.
