I've used Logo-up at least the last 5 years. Every year getting my guys name brand work gear to ensure they say warm in the cold months and comfortable through out the hot summer months. The company logo always looks great embroidered on each piece.
I always recommend them when other people ask where I get Nike and Carhartt company gear for myself guys.

They will nickel and dime you too DEATH
They will nickel and dime you to DEATH!!! Go somewhere else and shop that actually appreciates your business ans isn't just trying to come up with ways to get more money out of you even after you have paid and submitted the order. They will literally HOLD your order hostage.
This company is the absolute worst!
This company is the absolute worst!! I placed an order May 16th, on May 20th I received an email stating my card could not be processed, I immediately called and spoke with a representative who took my payment over the phone. On May 21st, I received another email indicating the same issue. I responded to this email with a screenshot from the previous day where the funds were removed from my account. On May 22 I received the design proof and approved it within 23 minutes of receiving it. I then received an email indicating my design was entering production. On May 29th after not receiving any updates I contacted LogoUp to inquire about my order status. I was told that it was still in production phase, on June 5th I received an email stating my card could not be processed. I called Logoup again and explained that I had already made the transaction with a representative from LogoUp. Finally I thought after this I would receive my order. Here it is June 10th and I haven't received any update. The progression bar on my account on the site hasn't changed. I have very frustrated clients, still haven't received anything stating my order has been shipped. The progression bar still shows in production phase, and no one is responding to my emails. I, personally, will never use this company again. I was also receiving emails that looked as though they were coming from two different staff members who possibly didn't know the other was sending me emails. I am in serious disbelief that this company does business in this manner.

I spent over $1,000 with them, but was treated very rudely.
I used Logoup for many years and was pretty happy with them. I can say that the quality is high and the ordering is easy, BUT lately, the attempts to upcharge everything has been really shady and the customer service has become horrible.
Their shipping is really expensive as well.
They now try to upcharge every item for colorfast string (is the string you are embroidering my full price order not high quality?)
The tipping point was when I needed one of my items to have a different string color (logo was in black, shirt was black). They charged me $25 to digitize the logo they had already digitized and were extremely rude about it.
I am writing to save other people from entering into a relationship with them and being disappointed like I was. Looking for another vendor now.
