Have had Lokket on my boat in San Diego for years now and it works amazingly well. My boat has been moored in 2 different marinas and the signal has been strong and consistent at both. Technical service, while rarely needed, has always been provided quickly and efficiently… usually the same day.

I have been living on my 45-foot sailboat in America's Cup Harbor on Point Loma since November 2018. I joined Lokket WiFi in January 2019 and have been totally satisfied with their internet service. My internet connection has been extremely reliable and, on those infrequent occasions when there has been an issue, Eric and his team have been promptly responsive. Lokket's billing system has dependably serviced my account without fail or complication. In reviewing my account, I found that my e-mails are answered within a day, and my few issues were resolved quickly - often on the same workday. As a retired Navy destroyer captain, I value Lokket's WiFi service reliability and dependable customer service to this afloat account. Well Done!

I have been living aboard my 43 foot sailboat for 10 years and the last year and a half I have been a customer of Lokket Internet service provider. I cannot say enough good about my experience with Lokket. Not only is this service faster and more reliable than the Cox cable internet I had, but they are considerably less expensive. Since I have been using Lokket I have had no issues with connectivity, not once. I did however upgrade my router and when it was giving me a problem, I called Lokket and on the second ring their tech person picked up and walked me through my issue.
I have recommended Lokket to many of my neighbors and have only heard them express the same experience I’ve had. Love this product and love the worry free high speed connectivity. Thank you Lokket!!!

We've been using Locket for several years and have been very happy with them. The connectivity is excellent; we're able to do videoconferencing without lags or other issues. And they are very responsive to service requests.

Started out a little rocky, but after the initial hiccups, the service has been solid. I haven’t had any issues in over a year, and the speed and reliability have been great. Overall, very satisfied!

I've been living aboard my sailboat for the last 4 years. I work online and I need fast internet for meetings and uploading huge video files. The "free wifi" in most marinas is unusable even for browsing web pages most of the time. I heard of this Lokket company and thought Id give them a try. I didn't expect it to be amazing, I just thought that anything would be better than the marina wifi. Honestly, Lokkets internet is faster than any fiber i've ever used anywhere in the world. I have faster internet on my boat than any place on land. The best part is, it only costs 10 bux a month! I'm shocked and I recommend them highly!
