Cake delivered in time and was delicious (red velvet for birthday).

Delicious Unicorn cake - lots of flavour and no skimping on the filling and icing!

It was my birthday on Friday the 3rd and was very excited to go and get my bday cupcake as I was told I could go and collect one on the day and had my son with me.
Anyway I’ve arrived 6:20pm and I realise she was wrapping up but the cake was still out at the time so I approached her eagerly with a big smile ( he’ll today is my birthday and I’d love to get my cupcake) she was very stressed and not welcoming us at all and kept saying it’s closed it’s closed then offered me a basic vanilla cake when I asked for red velvet that saw on the table, she said we don’t have any and told me to come before 6 pm next time!
She really ruined the whole experience for us even my 10yrs old son said mama she didn’t even wish you happy birthday and had a negative energy!

I mean if she could do it she properly do it right or not do it at all.. anyway we ended up not eating the cupcake and throwing it away as didn’t feel good energy!

Lola’s Cupcakes are always delicious! Rich in flavour, great quality, and a lovely variety of flavours to choose from. Definitely a go-to for a sweet treat.

I ordered a cake for a milestone birthday. The staff was really helpful in giving advice on the flavour and size to choose and gave me a sample of a mini cupcake before I ordered the cake - the chocolate pistachio kunafa cake. The birthday girl was thrilled with her cake. I then went back a couple of days later to pick up another cake for another birthday. Again everyone enjoyed the cake - this time the Eton mess.

Amazing service, take their time to listen to what you really want plus help you pick the best option. They don’t rush you because they have other customers waiting.
