Lola's - Lola's Bluewater Avaliações

We purchased a cupcake, but unfortunately the cake was stale and inedible. We approached the sales assistant to raise our concerns, but her response was extremely disappointing. She stated that the product had been made that morning and that there was nothing she could do about it.

I requested an exchange, but the assistant was not helpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. This resulted in a very disappointing experience for both my husband and me. We expected better customer service and a willingness to address a genuine concern with the quality of the product. Bluewater

Came into shop to order
Staff very helpful.
I purchased the chocolate cake
Omg it’s amazing
A little left but still so very fresh

So tasty!

This is why I love Lola’s. Taste won’t let you down! Highly recommended.

The wife and i have used Lola's on many occasions, and pick up items from Bluewater. They've always arrived on time, and staff at Bluewater been great at checking based on when it will get consumed, how to store it etc.
On this occasion, the new Mango flavoured cake was a huge hit.

The cake’s presentation and taste was excellent and medium was more than big enough for 4 people. It was ready to pick up surprisingly quickly. It kept really well in the fridge.

The service was with a smile very friendly

Fantastic customer service, from start to finish. Choose delivery option, choice of dates delivered with care. The gluten free chocolate and raspberry cake was delicious 😋 beautifully made. Highly recommend

The cake was good quality for the price, the sponge was moist and tasty! Decorated lovely and it tasted and good as it looked and smelled!

Easy website to order from, collected from shop, good customer service by staff

Great cake, great service and fast and quick customer service and experience.

Friendly staff and Great cake, I can recommend Lola's Cupcake to everyone who is looking for a delicious birthday cake.

The cake we ordered was the most tasteful cake we have ever had. It was outstanding

Lola cupcakes and celebration cake has been No 1 on the list for my families and friends. We buy birthday cake every year for each member of the family and the loyalty club( register and use only in store) is a bonus as you get money off on your order and a free special birthday cake on your birthday in store.

My Red Velvet cake order was as good as ever. It’s always so soft, moist, and full of flavour, with just the right amount of cream cheese frosting to balance the sweetness. Got the biggest size and quality is still 10/10.

Beautiful and delicious cake!

Customer service great.

Ordered chocolate heaven for my son’s birthday and loved it!

Always busy at Bluewater but once served, it’s with a lovely smile. She said the matcha cake was a new addition and it’s receiving lots of orders. It’s my second birthday cake I’ve ordered, and both beautifully presented to the point I’ve since stopped using local cake makers. Lemon and raspberry cake was just perfect - was the right balance of sweet and flavour. Beautifully perfect.
