My wife placed order from Lola’s Brent Cross Branch.
The cakes were delicious and all enjoyed.

The large chocolate and raspberry cake was amazing
We were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary with family
Everyone enjoyed the cake immensely

I am shocked & disappointed to see that the standards & quality of Lola’s have fallen dramatically.
I purchased a cake 🎂 that was not fresh I returned to the store at Brent Cross
I was given a replacement cake but have to say this was also disappointing the cakes themselves are not the same as they used to be in the past you could rely on having a delicious cake unfortunately there is minimal fruit & filling and are not at all flavour

The staff were helpful with ingredients. No samples for new products, which would make the experience even better and would most likely purchase more.

The Wedding Cake of Pearls -Red Velvet was moist, tasty and fresh. Everyone loved it, happy enjoyed and said how delicious the cake was asking who made it. Soon you'll be getting new customer's.

Great taste

The order was waiting for me to pick up in Brent Cross shopping Centre, customers service was good, lady showed me my order fully before realising it. But most importantly cake was amazing, I ordered raspberry lemon cake, it was creamy and fresh, you could taste lemon and raspberry flavours, and the cake part was moist and delicious, thank you Lola’s Cupcakes 🧁

Service was friendly and cake was DELICIOUS. I get the chocolate and raspberry one! Highly recommend :)

Ordering was easy with a user friendly website. Delivery was on time and professional.
The cake itself was well made, the look and taste was magnificent.
I definitely recommend.

Most of the Lola Staff at Brent Cross are not very pleasant. When asking about the choices, their responses are like we are bothering them. Not ideal. The cake slices seem to have reduced in quality. I will still give them another try.

I ordered The Cake shop online for my little daughter’s birthday. Went to collect it from their Local place on the day - it was looking Great! The colours on the outside slightly more pale than expected but the cake was BEAUTIFUL! It was so precisely done both from the inside and outside! It was super delicious and a total Hit for the Kids!

We always order our cakes from Lola's. They are fresh and always the same taste no one can beat their red velvet!
