Lola's - Lola's North Greenwich Avaliações

I had a very disappointing experience while shopping. I specifically asked the staff to remove one of 4 cupcakes. so my daughter could enjoy it immediately. Unfortunately, when she took it out, the cupcake broke, and to my surprise, she didn’t offer an apology—not even a hint of regret. Instead, she calmly proceeded to clean her tongs without acknowledging the situation. We were quite let down. As loyal customers who have always loved Lola’s cupcakes, this incident has truly changed our perception. I can’t see myself returning to the North Greenwich station branch again.

really good and tasty 😋

Flavour, size, helpful staff

Very convenient to pick up the cake at my tube station Lola outlet. Unbelievable how delicious the cake was- could not believe it was dairy free and gluten free. The raspberries balanced the richness of the cake. Service was excellent and very easy to order from the website.

I had to return the cake, as little and very expensive.
I have been fully refunded.
Do not recommend the vegan options.

Chocolate Hazelnut was delicious, soft and enjoyed by all.

The selection is great, I often buy Lola's stuff as a present to my friends, colleagues.

Went to collect the cake for birthday but shop was shut saying we will be back soon. After waiting for 15 mins noone came so we left, Later in the evening cakes went out of stock when we called so technically couldnt collect the birthday cake

Great experience I got a free cake on my birthday couldn’t believe my luck Thank you x

Just stopped by the kiosk at North Greenwich station and picked up a sweet treat. Always perfectly formed and wonderfully flavourful!

The sakes assistant was so helpful and friendly. I was s bit indecisive but she didn't rush me not got impatient.

Wonderful cake yet again for our sons 21st birthday and brilliant that I could collect close to home to save the delivery cost. Win win

Amazing cake and taste as always . Always helpful, welcoming and polite when I pick up my cakes. Will be ordering for my daughters party next month and I’m not worried one bit :)
