I am beyond disgusted with the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service from this company\!

On **October 5, 2026**, I placed an order for the **Fire Phoenix Rising Tutu Dress & Wings Costume Set**, specifically for HALLOWEEN\! At checkout, I was given a standard shipping timeframe of **5–7 business days**\.

Apparently, taking customers’ money is a priority, but actually fulfilling orders and communicating with paying customers is OPTIONAL\!

**HERE’S THE TIMELINE OF THIS ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE:**

📅 **October 5:** Order placed and payment made\.

📅 **October 9:** I contacted the company for an update\. Their response? My order was *“still processing, and tracking has not populated yet\.”* Followed by a meaningless apology\.

📅 **October 22, 24, AND 27:** I reached out AGAIN and AGAIN, only to receive the SAME generic automated response about their so\-called “Halloween Rush,” high order volume, and processing delays\.

I wouldn’t even rate them a one star. It’s a total scam. The worst part is that it’s children that are being hurt the most by their scamming. I ordered for my granddaughter for a specific costume for a school event. They guaranteed a 2 day delivery which was a total lie. Whenever it didn’t arrive on time I started trying to contact them by phone and email. No response from either and now the website is down with no means of contacting them. Of course my card was charged and that’s disgusting but again the worst part of it all was the disappointment of my granddaughter. Shame on them! Hope they are caught and prosecuted.

If I could have rated less than one star, I would have! This “boutique” has ruined Halloween! Placed an order on 10/15, received a confirmation and the order has been stuck on processing ever since then. Calls and Direct Emails have gone unanswered. Filling out the “We’re Here To Help” contact form on the website also yielded NO RESULT. I’ve had to scramble at the last minute to find another costume for my 18 month old Granddaughter as I had a professional photo session scheduled for her. I even bought accessories to go with this costume THAT HAS NEVER SHIPPED. If any of us ever receive the costumes we ordered (which will be after Halloween) apparently we won’t be able to return them. According to their website “Costumes cannot be returned after 10/15” ?!?!
The only “magical” thing about this company is that they magically make your money disappear.
I have now disputed the charge on my card and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

They are scammers please don’t order from them.

I placed an order back in the beginning of Oct to which nothing has even been shipped. I tried contacting them to no avail. They basically have stolen money from me at this point. I went to their website and it’s no longer available. I hope someone can look into this for all the kids and parents they’ve ripped off. Luckily we have a back up costume, but this is extremely disappointing.

Placed order for Granddaughters Halloween costume on October 11th. I have emailed Company 3 times. Each time I get a reply that they will respond 24-48 hours, haven't heard a word. Now, their website has a notice that they have temporarily closed site. No response and No Costume !!!!!

The worst site ever! I thought I was going to be happy seeing a local nice shop for kids costumes to order from and it has been the worst! Reached out to customer service twice with no response. I will for sure be returning the costumes as they’re not even here and they have been ordered over 2 weeks ago! The worst company ever that needs to be shut down

If I could give zero stars, I would I ordered a costume October 7 never received any update status on it whatsoever. Ask multiple times for a refund to cancel my order. No response wasted $55. Do not I repeat. Do not use this company.

Ordered on October 9th and have yet to receive product. Followed up and got a form email. Sent numerous emails demanding refund and no response. Complete and total scam.

I know I was already cutting it close, but my son REALLY wanted to be Noob from Roblox for Halloween. Instead of making it myself, I decided to let go and let God—and let Lolli and Lace make things a little easier on this momma. WRONG. 🤦‍♀️

I ordered on 10/27 because their website advertised FREE two-day shipping with guaranteed delivery by 10/29. Well, today is 10/29, and my order is still marked PROCESSING. No shipping confirmation. No costume.

Their website had good ratings, but after ordering, I dug deeper into reviews and found other customers describing similar experiences. Now I’m scrambling to put together the costume my son was so excited about.

I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. If you’re dealing with the same issue, consider contacting yours about your options.

Taking orders and promising delivery dates you don’t meet is unacceptable. One frustrated momma here—sharing my experience so someone else can avoid the same headache. Stay away!!!!

I think this website is a scam! Order placed on 10/6 and never shipped. All the images are AI and all their instagram comments are turned off. I’m so disappointed. Reporting them tomorrow!

I ordered Halloween costumes on October 12, and as of October 28, my order still hasn't shipped. I've sent four emails requesting updates and received only one generic, canned response. Every follow-up has been ignored.

After looking into the company, I've found numerous customers reporting similar experiences. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for products, receive no communication, and be left scrambling days before Halloween.

I would strongly caution others against ordering from Lolli & Lace. Completely unacceptable customer service and order fulfillment.

Accidentally ordered 2 costumes instead of one. I sent a request to cancel within MINUTES after the order was placed. I never got a confirmation email. I got ONE response to the upwards of 10 emails I sent requesting for the order to be cancelled and NEVER got either the refund OR the costume. The phone number I found when I googled goes straight to voicemail! This site is a complete scam. I searched the reviews before ordering and they were great, here I am 2 weeks later and see there are tons of us who got scammed by these worthless humans.

As many other reviews are saying do not order. I placed an order on October 14th and it should have been delivered by the 23rd. It still says processing. I’ve now sent an email and reached out on their website with zero response and it’s been over the 48 hours. They blocked comments on their instagram so they don’t get people ruining their sales there. TOTAL SCAM

This is not a place to order from. Your order will never arrive and they will not keep in contact if you looking to get a refund or trying to check on your order status. This deserves zero stars

I ordered a halloween costume for my daughter. They charged me twice and we never received it. They would not respond to multiple attempts at communication. Not a real company.

Ordered a costume on 10/14. With no update by 10/21 I sent an email to cancel, knowing my order wasn’t going to be making it in time. I hadn’t heard back in 48 hours so I sent an urgent email per their instructions. It’s now been 5 business days since my initial support email and 3 business days since the urgent email and I have received no response. All their photos are AI anyway so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I think the whole website is a scam.

Never shipped my order. Took my money and still “processing” wont respond to emails or anything. NEVER USE THEM
