This is my first time ordering from Lolly. Definitely was hesitant at first but after reading the reviews I thought I give it a try.. I usually order from other vendors but shipment wasn't in a timely manner. Lolly customer service is absolutely amazing!! They respond in a respectful and timely manner. I received my order just in time.. I ordered the purple ombre density 250% can't wait to try it. Smells really nice and feels good. So far no shedding but we'll see after some wear.. Definitely will be ordering again soon.

This was my first time purchasing hair from Lolly. Let me tell you, at first I was kinda skeptical about purchasing hair from this website because I normally buy hairs from Amazon, subi, or ever the hair stores. I thought this website would have con me out of the hair I had purchased was is Burgundy Pink Lace Front Wig Highlight Straight Human Hair Wig. But naw, I saw the girls wearing it with pride and joy. Then, I specifically seek more on_dexalinaa and I follow her to perceive more on the hair. I just knew this website was legit. Lastly, this hair smell so good and it doesn’t smell like the hair stores.

I love love love my hair, it’s silky soft and very true to length. I purchased the 18 frontal closure with 22,24,26 for bundles body wave. The lace has super small knots, & HD it’s honestly top tier. Hair came way earlier than expected, shipped and made it to my house within 5 days! Thank you Lolly hair <3

I loveeee this hair. The shipping was very fast, and when I took the hair out of the packaging there was no strange smell. I ordered a 24” body wave and it looks true to length. I’ll definitely be buying more wigs from here from now on.

First of all they lied about having a return policy!! The hair was very thin! They put on the site it’s returnable if not used! I tried to return it they said it take 30 to 60 days but it only takes 5 days to get it! I ended up using it because I could not return it like they advertised! I had to go to the store and buy another bundle to make it look full! I will never use them again! It also tangles and sheds a lot! The hair you get it nothing like shown on the site!!!
