Took my gold as well but never sent payment. They ignore emails and calls, taking them to a small court. Don’t send them your gold or jewellery!

There was a significant price spike the following day, up by a few thousand per kg, so a price difference was inevitable. It's also worth noting that no one in Hatton Garden was willing to accept your gold at 18K — perhaps that's just a coincidence.
Selling gold
I sold some old jewllery with them. They honoured the price as pulished online. Super quick testing and exchange. Friendly service too. Highly recommended.

No such thing as 18ct gold!
They don't know the difference between Carat and Karat. Carat for Gemology, Karat for goldd purity. There live calculator says 18ct! No such thing! It's 18K for gold! Very unprofessional and inaccurate which is concerning for a gold dealership.

You did not come to our shop nor did you sell anything to us. Instead you called us and demanded we pay you not to leave a review, which is extortion and also a bit against the law i believe. We use certain terms on our website due to search engine algorithms which I believe I don’t need to explain to you how the internet works. There are other companies following the same and it’s due to the same reason we are. I am sure you are trying to extort money from other online dealer too. Best of Luck

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Easy instructions for a first time seller. Received a valuation the day the items arrived which was virtually as estimated. Just had to approve it and the money was in my bank account the next day.
I will certainly be using the London Gold Centre again.

Buying gold bar
Lacking in customer care. Rep was constantly busy with his mobile . Not paying attention to my queries. When I asked for a breakdown price of the gold bar I was buying . He did no know and said all he knows is the total price .
