We ordered a gas hob from London Houseware 3 months ago, it was supposed to be on a 48 hour delivery, but because it was around Christmas, we thought it might take a little longer.
The hob has never turned up, their email inbox is full and the never answer the phone.
Luckily we paid with a credit card, so it is now in their hands. London Houseware are disputing the non-delivery despite not being able to offer any proof it was delivered.
They are clearly a scam organisation, who takes your card details and money and then don't deliver the goods.
Avoid at all costs.

my experience was awful, I entered my address right and once I made the payment, the delivery changed automatically, imagine that I sent it to Bristol and it was changed to Manchester. I emailed and called every day during 7 days to change or cancel my order unsuccessfully. Luckily I paid using paypal, I had to open a dispute and after 10 days I got my money back and no news from this company.

Fridge never arrived at the 6 weeks waiting time as explained at time of ordering . Annoying as the mi I fridge was intended as a Christmas gift. Tried contacting London Houseware by phone and email repeatedly but to no avail. Eventually claimed my money back through my credit card AMEX. Tha k goodness for them. Wouldn't go near Londom Houseware again.🫣

The item never arrived, writing an email had no effect, no one ever replied, so the company is poor, never again

Never got my order, never got a refund. Their voice mail was full so couldn’t leave a message and they never replied to my emails. So my advice would be avoid avoid avoid. I lost £65 :(

I still haven't received the cooker hood I purchased on the 14th of December 2024! I've had to go elsewhere. I wouldn't advise buying anything from these scam artists.

Product Never received. Order placed mid-December 2024. No one answers emails and the phone is full of voicemails. It probably went bankrupt or they are scammers. I appealed to the authorities via my bank. Stay away!

Order placed in December goods never received countless emails and phone call with no response customer service never answered phones or emails could not leave a message as mail box full. Had to go back to bank for a refund.

Do not use this company, still haven’t got my fridge I ordered beginning of December! Answerphone only and emailed numerous times, not happy!

didn’t send our cooker hood (£452). no reply to phone calls & no response to emails. Mastercard refunded our money after 30 day standard wait period.

No customer service at all. No way to contact them. Met with accident twice with Cooker I purchased from them. I don't know how to contact the company regarding this.

Scammers & crooks. Ordered a washing machine from this company. Received email saying thanks for the order & it’s being readied for dispatch & 3 then nothing. After countless emails & telephone calls ( answer phone ) I’ve not received my order. Fortunately I paid by PayPal & got a refund. Don’t buy anything from London Houseware. You have been warned

DO NOT PURCHASE! I ordered a oven hob and cooker hood, no correspondence but money taken, lengthy process going through bank to retrieve the money. No correspondence to emails or social media messages and no answer for phone number and inbox full so can't leave a message. Total scam site. Avoid!

It is unacceptable that this site has not been highlighted already and blocked as a scam and no one is stopping them.
It is all fake and a scam.
You can pay and do not get anything.

8 Jan 25 - Ordered & paid >£400 for cooker hood extractor. Invoice rec’d but then no comms/delivery etc. Emailed & tried calling per website tel No. - never a reply and message box always full. This is a scam - before ordering ring the company to see if you get a reply! Have reported to Mastercard, but not interested until 30 days have elapsed.

DO NOT ORDER! Your order will not show up and they will ignore any email or phone call if you try to contact them. AVOID!
