Told the locksmith that the key didn't work in the lock, despite previously working a few days before. Was told it was a £70 job to come out and let me in. Turned up 20 mins after the 30 minute callout time, tried the key in the lock and confirmed it didn't work. Then told me I would need to replace the entire lock, at a cost of over £200. I told him I couldn't do that as it was a shared building and I couldn't contact anyone else but he insisted that was the only way. Was then forced to pay the £70 service charge, which came to £90 as they failed to mention it didn't include VAT. All of this could have been determined over a phone call, but instead I was charged £90 for zero work. Absolute scam merchants

John Raul attended within 30 minutes . He was very polite and friendly managed to repair my non closing window without the need for parts or extra work and charged as quoted. Will definitely. use again.

I had a very disappointing experience. Initially, I was quoted £75, all inclusive, but once the technician arrived, he demanded £120, then later offered £90 in exchange for a 5-star review. This felt like a scam and a pressure tactic. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service—completely untrustworthy

Was locked out this evening with my 4 year old, so I went to Google and searched emergency locksmith. I phoned the first number on Google London Locksmith 24h. They promised to send someone within 25-30 minutes. True to their word John Raul arrived in half hour, he was polite, professional and empathetic. John drilled the ancient door lock out and replaced with a shiny new working lock and gave us 2 keys. Would highly recommend this firm and John for your future locksmith emergencies.

Incredibly efficient - following the loss of my keys I called up and Andrew was there in under 30 mins (this was at 10pm) and I was back in my house with the problem solved in under 40 mins from the time I called. Reasonably priced given out of hours service also.
