Andrew contacted me within five minutes of making my booking and kept me updated on his arrival time. He reached me within 25 minutes and got straight to work. The lock was more difficult than expected but he handled it with complete professionalism and had me back inside within 10 minutes. He also replaced the barrel on the lock with no fuss. Outstanding service from start to finish. Andrew is an excellent locksmith and I highly recommend him.

Make an expensive mistake of locking myself out and leaving the key in. Luckily the hero Gigi came in and got me into the house within a few minutes! He also advised me on a lot of my options and told me the issues with my current lock which I wish the doormen selling me my lock would have stated. Gigi was beyond helpful and polite. Great work.

Was ripped off like a child. Needed a door emergency-opened, expected 189 charge, ended up with 484 without a warning with a bunch of hidden fees stacked + VAT (apparently not included in initial price).

Tried to upsell us to a lock replacement to a new high-security lock for another 500 while the current lock cost is 30 on amazon.

To be fair, the locksmith arrived fast and did their job well but no way it should have costed this much.

This company is a scam. Avoid, read the reviews about the registered company. They tell you one price and charge you £900 to change the lock which you can buy online for £30. Be aware.

Booked a technician for our double glazed door lock and was quoted service £57 labour plus parts. The technician came and without checking says the whole mechanism needs to be replaced cost £600. Parts is £350 because it’s a uPVC mechanism and rest is labour - this is available for £60 max from a number of manufacturers.
