after their customers as well as Nootropics. Damaged box, not their fault, yet sorted without and issues. Thank you as always, highly recommend

I have recently been introduced to London Nootropics and adaptogens. I can honestly say that after drinking for just over 2 weeks now, I am feeling so much calmer and energised, focused- and I hadn't expected to! Wow!! So much so that I am now introducing it to my Reformer Retreat guests so they leave feeling even stronger, healthier and happier in both body and mind. Thank you!

I've had a subscription for over a year, and needed extra because a guest loved it as much as we do and stocks got low-can't risk running out. I mistakenly set up a second subscription-Ana sorted it in no time.

I am yet to try Nootropics coffee but if its anything like their customer service it will be excellent!!! Waiting for my order to arrive but after placing it I had a query - AI email responded to me immediately saying a human would respond or I could call and someone would respond to my message if I needed to leave one. I called before 9am and advised I would be starting work and very quickly a lovely person responded to my voicemail via email and my issue was resolved!! The whole experience was a refreshing change! So much better than trying to engage with faceless large corporations!! Small businesses are key and need our support and recognition when they deserve it!

I had been in hospital for a length of time and couldn’t wait to have a decent coffee. My first one I hated the caffeine hit and it was the same on day two. My sister in law suggested I tried yours and sent me some as a present and I’ve never looked back. Highly recommended.

I fell in love with this product gradually. One day I just felt switched on, alert and focused. It took me a good while to realise what was different that day. Once I did? Game changer. I am a customer for life now, I look forward to my coffee each day, hot, iced, latte you name it, this coffee works for it. I had tried many other nootropic coffees, shopped the reviewers choices etc and never felt that I was actually getting what was advertised. Until now and I love it. On a support note, I had a delivery issue via Royal Mail. It wasn’t my posties fault and it wasn’t LN’s fault, it was just one of those things so I let it go and moved swiftly on to my morning coffee🤭 fast forward a couple of weeks and I was contacted by LN checking that everything was ok? They check all orders and noticed mine was still showing in transit. I explained the situation and that was that for me. Not for them tho, I received a very thoughtful Thankyou gift from them to thank me for my understanding. There was nothing to understand. Life happens, we roll. Or rather in this case, we go with the flow and get our mojo on! Amazing company and superb, genuine customer service. Absolute confidence that if there ever was an issue, it would be resolved immediately. Thanks Joanne and Team LN. Keep being your amazing selves. Mush love 🫶🏻☕️💚

Absolutely fantastic product tastes lovely. service and customer service brilliant..Iv been subscribed to London nootropics for mounths never had a problem with delivery until last week..it was a problem with tracking post..so I reached ot to them..they resolved the issue in no time at all...there kind & a brilliant work team..

I have been subscribing to London Nootropics for a while now and absolutely love all their coffee blends: but Mojo is my favourite. I always have one before a workout as it just gives me an extra boost of energy and enthusiasm. My top tip is to pop a sachet into a banana and peanut butter smoothie: delicious ! Customer service is always friendly and excellent and any problems quickly resolved.

Furious!
I thought I had cancelled back in April for a quarterly subscription
I then received a next batch and tried to cancel (reason was that I wasnt home for a long time as I was caring for my Mother who was in final days - and had died the day before) They said it was too late and sent it anyway. They did not reply when I asked to cancel - even after several emails. I then struggled to find the place to cancel the subscription - and many pages to cancel. Notably - I didnt get a confirmation!!!!! I then checked back in April - and I had also tried to cancel with them back in April Furious!

I am not fan of instant coffee but this one taste amazing. Highly recommend

Have been using the Flow blend for well over a year and have ditched normal coffee completely. 1 a day is normally enough but depending on how the day goes I sometimes have a Mojo or Zen in the afternoon. I drink it straight up black as I would my normal coffee and it keeps me going all day. Can't rate the products enough, always offer it to friends and family when they visit. The Loyalty scheme for subscribers is fab !each order makes you feel special but when it's a gift order I get excited ☺️ . Customer service is also wonderful. If you haven't tried already give it a go !

I've been subscribing to this company because I love their Nootropics coffee.
It's delicious.
The personalised card in each order is a lovely touch.
I recommend this product to anyone who likes a little treat everyday.

They don’t send reminders to let you know your order / subscription is coming up.
Other companies do it, so obviously it’s not difficult.
They also cannot delete old / no longer in use subscriptions. As such you need to take the payment option off yourself.
Just another company with a less than adequate subscription platform.
