Brilliant service from Dan Pan and outstanding materials
We’ve been using London Stone for our projects at Flourish Landscaping, and honestly, the service has been excellent all round.
Dan Pan has been brilliant to deal with, really helpful, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. The materials are top quality, consistently perfect for what we need, and the delivery service is spot on every time.

Thank you for your review and your time on Thursday on the phone discussing this too.
The team that look after our Trade Counter have been through some recent changes from being looked after by the sales department to now being under the control of our Operations team.
Please accept my apologies again for the complicated and disruptive experience you had at the trade counter. As per our call we do have training scheduled with the team for more of the sales enquiries they will be dealing with and the questions that come with those such as the confusion between splitting of project packs and pallets.
Your concern of the banner on our main gates advertising free nationwide delivery will be looked into and addressed as the banner does need to state that our terms and conditions do apply to those with that being the delivery being free over a certain amount on the order value.
The offer is always there if you wish to visit me at our Middlesex Showroom to discuss any upcoming projects or if you wished to place the order with me over the phone or in person prior to you collecting from Langley depot too if you wish to make the process smoother.
Once again please accept our sincerest apologies for the experience you had, we will use this as chance to learn and grow to better our service.

Good service
Arrived on time. Helpful driver, helpful service when I was checking I was reordering the correct paving stones. This was a further number of tiles that I needed after a couple of years and they were still manufacturing them.

Delivery was 5 days overdue which caused labour overrun problems, lack of service from the pallet company affected costs.

I have discussed the matter with the Business Development Manager that looks after you account and they have informed me that a gesture has been made of compensation and they are just awaiting a reply from you on this.
We take issues like these very seriously, even though the delivery is not being made by us, the 3rd party hauler are still acting on our behalf delivering our goods to our customers, this will be addressed directly with them to ensure their service is improved.
