I have been using their service for a long time without any issues. Unfortunately, over the last few months, things have gone downhill rapidly. It has now gotten to the point where they are completely stopping shipment on orders. They do not respond to messages and they refuse to issue refunds. Save your time and money—better use other agents.
I've ordered a shoes over a 1 month now...they cancelled my order and they haven't gave me refund and their customer support doesn't answer my email. Stay away from them .🚨🚫

As a third party shopping app, the website is so easy to use. I was able to get items from a trustworthy brand, and Loongbuy shared each step of the process with me. The shipping cost is not outrageous compared to competitors - so its definitely worth it. Great app & Great service!!
The items are not of good quality. Pathetically low and cheap quality, and I paid over £50 for delivery,for a small parcel, a complete rip off. Never again.

Hallo, ich habe vor einen Monat was bestellt , ich wollte eine Ware umtauschen gegen gebühr wie bei cnfans 5 Yuan . Bei loongbuy geht es nicht 😡😡 habe den Versand bezahlt und seit dem passiert gar nichts , ich habe 2 US Dollar zuviel bezahlt daher muss die Differenz abgezogen werden. Im System steht unbezahlt , der Versand ist sehr teuer auf diesen Seiten . Der Verkäufer antwortet nicht . Kann loongbuy nicht empfehlen

Based on what ive seen so far this site definitely sells fake items. Whether its on accident (they didn't know it was fake), or on purpose, still id be careful on there, and if you buy anything from it you should expect it to be fake
