I had an excellent experience buying a second hand Celine bag from Loop Generation. I was a bit jaded after having a poor experience trying to buy from a different reseller recently, but my experience with Loop Generation was so seemless, I would definitely shop with them again. The bag is absolutely gorgeous and as described. It was shipped out to me next day, and I recived it within less than 48 hours from my order. It came with a Celine dustbag but not the original one meant for this bag, but I can't complain as they didn't advertise it as having a dustbag included at all. All in all a great experience.

The photos of the jacket are in perfect condition no scratches in the photos. However, the actual jacket I received got a few pretty long scratches in the front of the jacket and on the sleeves. I can upload the photos if requested.

In the web site production description, it was stated that Condition description: Good condition (minor signs of wear). This is a fraud. I am totally disappointed with this shopping experience.

Shipping was fast and the clothing item was great. But the pants had already been tailored so the size was much smaller than advertised. Not sure how Loop would know but it is annoying as now I have to pay to make them fit. Otherwise, great.

The store staff was helpful. The store is really nice with a great selection. I appreciate small businesses who offer sustainable shopping. I received my package a little late and there was no update on a tracking number or when I can expect it. However, I would definitely buy from Loop Generation again.

I spent 3 days on a business trip in London. Preloved items are like treasure hunting and what a surprise, I hit gold!!! I was 12 minutes walking from the store. Staff was so friendly, Abdul was so helpful and I we clicked right away. I got a pair of red soles in great shape at great price. I hade some issues w my credit card, they called me back to make everything was well. I just made my second purchase online and I can wait to maybe become a seller too. I’m so happy to be part of the Loop Generation community now.
