Don't trust their 'condition' advertised
I bought an iPhone 16 through Back Market (who are essentially a marketplace for third-party sellers), and the device was supplied by Loop Mobile - as per my invoice..
The phone was listed as “Excellent” condition, which Back Market defines as:
-Screen: Flawless — no signs of use, scratches, or marks
-Body: Almost no signs of use, with only barely visible hairline scratches
However, the phone I received clearly does not meet that standard. The screen has visible marks, and there are chips and damage around the camera lens surrounds. Based on Back Market’s own grading system, this device is closer to “Fair” condition — two grades lower and typically around £50 cheaper for this model.

Loop mobile reached out independantly of Back Market and resolved the issue with understanding and speed. This seems to have been a glitch in their quality control.

Seller misdescribed at their convenience but good refurb phone 3 months later
I bought a well refurbished phone from loop mobile in the uk.
It turned out after a while to be an american locked phone with not quite fully up to date american firmware. Its a good reliable phone. However i could not get good replies from them about fixing the phone to be able to get final firmware to android 15 etc. This may be a bonus...
I received 2 nonsense replies about my concern and i had to go to a lot of ai involvement to uncover the situation by putting in multiple revisions of eqch part of the various software and firnware. Fortunately a google security update happened so this took some pressure off my concern so my review is 3 instead of 1 star.
When you spend hours transferring all your data and authenticators and email accounts to a new phone ,you dont expect a locked phone that cant get firmware etc updates and the selling description did not give me any heads up. They offered me to get third party fix and to pay for it. I dithered for a while as this shouldnt happen in the first place. Beware that you may end up with a problem if all software is not vhekced properly by them beforehand... Now, i will try and use odin to update firnware but phone will be fully reset so i firstly need a 2nd exact phone for best backup. My time...
My point is it would have been nice to know. Also they say om all of their websites they go through 75 checkpoints. Maybe an employee sabotaged them. At no ppint did they feel like offering compensation on top of their offer of fixing reimbursement. Looking at their feedbacks shows some averagely bad behaviours.

Blitzschnelle Lieferung & Premium-Zustand wie beschrieben
Ich habe über Refurbed bei Loop Mobile ein iPhone 16 Pro Max im Zustand „Premium“ bestellt und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Gerät kam schnell an (nur 1 Tag!) und entsprach genau der Beschreibung: keine sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren, wirklich Premium.
Die Verpackung war ebenfalls top – eine eigene Loop-Mobile-Handybox inklusive Kabel, alles sauber und sicher verpackt.
Einziger kleiner Downer: 91% Akkukapazität bei ca. 290 Ladezyklen. Da beim Premium-Zustand aber 90–100% erlaubt sind, kann ich das nicht als Mangel werten – nur als Hinweis für alle, die beim Akku besonders streng sind.
Fazit: Ware wie beschrieben, sehr gute Verpackung, seriöser Ablauf – würde wieder bestellen.

I have bad experience with them Incurance company ord iPhone 15 plus used this Mickey Mouse organisation so instead they send divice with genuine parts they send me with fake screen and screen is not glued proper then when I start set up divice is stuck not working properly looks like they made 1 from 3 avoid this Mickey Mouse organisation because you gona lose your money and time

I bought a phone through Amazon pre…
I bought a phone through Amazon pre Christmas. It had a massive scratch from the top to the bottom of the screen. The returns process has been painful and over 14 working days later I still have no refund. They are apparently working with Royal Mail to locate it but obviously none of this is my issue. As a customer who has done everything right. Including many chasing emails I am so frustrated that I do not have my money back yet.
