Very bad we didn't receive our order yet, Order : LS-1670

Superb product. We have four stools that are running smoothly again

They sent peace’s missing and when they sent what was missing it was not original but 3D printed so no good , trying to contact but impossible to contact

I ordered a product and paid import tax to The Netherlands. Wrong product was delivered and informed Loopspace as soon as I got the package. I was told the correct item will be sent. This was 14 days ago and still no answer despite 2 follow up emails.

As described parts delivered quickly

Product has not been delivered. No response on phone or email. Parcel was not received in tact by courier, only an empty broken box. They returned to sender and sent an email to confirm, also forward to my address a piece of broken box. Check with Courier.

Schnelle Lieferung, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, warte aber immer noch auf die Rechnung.

The armrests correspond exactly to what I was looking for. The pictures of the product were correct.
Initially I've paid twice the taxes: 20% at the order, then 20% again when the product has entered in France, but Loopspace was attentive to my problem and refunded the tax. Good commercial gesture!
I recommand this seller.

Die Bebilderung im Angebot könnte ausführlicher sein.
Im Angebot heißt es "Versandkosten frei" ,da fehlt der Hinweis auf Einfuhrgebühren.
Versandt und Verpackung topp.

Right product, perfect information around delivery.
It would have saved money (7.50€) if it had been possible to pay taxed. So DHL took 7.50 Euro for prepaying the tax + tax ( which was under 7)
I do not like the "Brexit"

Terrible experience. The box arrived with the wrong model, no invoice, no slip. Additionally, no order or payment confirmation received, and my account on their website shows “no orders.” I only had a screenshot as proof. Customer service never replies to emails.
I requested a return and refund but I fear it’s a scam.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
