You always get a Premium LootCard, which means that you are always guaranteed to get at least one full PC game that is worth even more than the price of the pack. You will also receive other content such as discount codes or in-game items. You also have the option to open all Premium LootPacks completely free of charge with diamonds. I spent 200 damonds for vbucks and got useless steam games.
i really don't like lootboy anymore. i've spent 200 diamonds just for vbucks and all i get is useless steam games that i can't even sell. what a SCAM.

So currently a vbucks event is going on and I was really excited having saved up 1000 gems for months and when it came to opening it I got nothing. No vbucks at all. Im not sure if this is just a glitch or I have been saving gems for nothing but I would really like a response to this and I want what I was guaranteed.
PS. I did buy 10 packs I also made sure that it was the correct pack and time to open it

Hey,
the Bonus LootPack is only available if you bought the Promotion Premium LootPack in a 10 or 25 pack bundle within the promotion period. So you have to buy 10 or 25 packs at once by clicking on the "10" or "25" respectively. Once you've done that, restart the app and the Bonus LootPack should be in your inventory.
If this is not the case, please contact us using the contact button in the app menu and also mention your LootBoy username 📧☺️

I have been using the web for a while. Most of the reward I earned is small but it's still something. Once I gathered enough diamonds and I went to draw, I draw a $5 steam code. It was invalid probably due to region and I emailed the support. After few weeks they managed to get a SGD gift code and it was $10! Really happy with the service from Melissa!
