Hey, thanks for the review and for letting us know.

We're actively working on adding more payment methods to Lootbun, iDEAL included. We're pushing to get them live as soon as we can and we'll do our best to make it happen soon.

One small thing though. It would have helped a lot if you reached out to us first before leaving the rating. A low star review makes people assume we're a scam, when this is really just a request for a payment option that we're already working on adding.

Thanks again, and hopefully we can get iDEAL added soon!

Hey, thanks for the review, but we'd like to clear a few things up.

You placed 4 orders within a few minutes of each other, so our system flagged them as possible duplicates. That check exists to protect customers, since our deliveries are automated and final once they go through.

We emailed you about an hour later asking if the orders were intentional so we could either deliver or refund in full. We got no reply. We emailed again the next day, and then a third time from a different address to make sure our messages were reaching you. Still no response.

Since we never heard back, we refunded all 3 undelivered orders in full. Any order we don't deliver gets refunded, whether the customer responds or not.

We're sorry for the trouble this caused. We've since added better checks and improved our support setup so this doesn't happen again. We did try our best to reach you before making the call.

Thanks a lot for the review and for taking the time to explain everything.

Just to clear one thing up, once we buy a gamepass on Roblox there's no way for anyone to reverse or refund those Robux. It doesn't work that way on Roblox's side. Please double check that the 250 didn't just come out of pending and land in your balance, since that's the most common reason people think it went missing.
