Shipped a stanky flea infested item put on clearance and haven't made good on it yet

I ordered an item that was on clearance. When I received it, it had an awful smell, but I thought it might be the recycled materials that it was said to be made of. I gave it time to air out and sprayed it with lysol. I started to notice small flying bugs around my apartment which I NEVER had before. The foul smell returned to the item -- apparently it was infested with fleas. I have reached out to customer service thus far without avail.

Inaccettabile, un negozio online con un servizio clienti inesistente. Ho dovuto procedere al reso (che attenzione è a pagamento!)
Impossibile acquistare online da un negozio del genere.

I returned 3 rugs within three days of…

I returned 3 rugs within three days of receipt. They have confirmed receiving said rugs and keep telling me almost a month after that they are processing my refund. They do not answer phone, do not call back and barely respond to email. They have even violated their own return policy timeline. They have kept $1264 from me. I have to file a police report and a charge dispute. This company is the worst. They lie. I was told that if I did not get a refund after 10 days, just contact them and they will be happy to assist. I had to do that, then they said sorry for the delay and they will do it. Nothing happened. Then I was told, it’s now with the accountant to be refunded. Nothing. Shameful.

Ils affirment des soldes et quand on commande ça nous dit rupture en attente de réassort et donc d’attendre
Plus tard les produits sont bien arrivées mais le prix remonte de 50%
Preuve â l’appui le service client dit on vous fait 15% sur le produit
Des voleurs évités et fuyez ce site sérieux

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE. They act like they hate people and never want to speak with them. Make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach them.

This company might have nice rugs- IF you can get a hold of them.

Shop Pay app, their payment processor had accidentally defaulted to an old address after I placed my order. Right away I noticed and tried contacting Shop Pay, Fed Ex and Lorena Canals to resolve the issue. Only Lorena Canals could fix the issue. Their Whats App number is non working. If you try to text them instead your invite is NEVER accepted.

Another number they have listed with Shop Pay is also NON WORKING. The last thing they want to do is actually speak with their customers.

Email is the only option to reach them. They take their sweet time in getting back to you. And in a time sensitive matter like this that doesn’t work.

After several attempts to reach them to prevent the rug from being shipped to the wrong address, they finally informed me that it had been intercepted at their shipping facility in New Jersey and would not be shipped to the wrong address in Oregon. They also informed me they had “updated” my account. VERY VAGUE. Updated what? What does that mean? Very lazy communication. Completely unacceptable. Incompetent.

I had gone through much stress and effort to reach them before it had even left their warehouse.

Come to find out Fed ex said they had no address updates from them. (They lied). And the rug was shipped anyway to the wrong address in another state. (They lied about making sure it was intercepted) basically they did nothing.

I got another lazy, vague, slow email from them casually saying there was a mix up and it was never intercepted.

I suspect they outsource their customer service to foreigners? One phrase outsourced customer service loved to use a lot is “not to worry”.

I give one star for refunding the full amount of my order. If they didn’t, I would have reported them to my bank.

This is a terrible company. Customer service is everything. Your job as a company is to make your customer service as fast and stress free as possible. This is the exact opposite.

Very poor customer support/ still waiting for reimbursment

I ordered 4 rugs on the website not knowing which ones I would keep for my place.
I keep one and decide to return three.
1. I asked for labels to return them and only had one label... instead of two (I received two enormous boxes)
2. I finally manage to get the second label after difficult conversations on the phone.. the person not speaking well English.
3. I finally got reimbursement after more than a month of one of the rugs... still waiting for my money back for the 2 remaining..
I have no support from the customer support of the company despite the fact that they provide the labels and as a csq have a contract with the shipping company....
That's really annoying to have to wait that long and very disappointing as I was waiting for the reimbursement to order new ones...
Let's hope one day I'll get my money back

Starting to believe this website is a scam.

Starting to believe this website is a scam. Placed an order on the 25th of march for two rugs. Only one, the cheaper one, arrived. The other one is 'being prepared for shipping' for over a month now. I sent an e-mail with enquiries to their customer service but no one even answered! The rug that still needs to be delivered cost 150 euros. If this issue won't be resolved in a week,I'll be filing a complaint at the local business bureau. Think carefully before you order here people.

Rectification

Suite à un mauvais avis que j’ai précédemment publié, je me dois de signaler qu’après quelques échanges forts courtois, avec le service clients, mes deux tapis m’ont été remboursés . Il s’agissait probablement d’un modèle défectueux. Je remercie donc ce service client d’avoir pris ma demande en considération.

Purchased item never arrived

I placed an order in November and am still waiting for one item. I was told I would definitely have it in time for Christmas and it’s now January 9th. Customer service won’t even acknowledge my emails. I really love their products but they don’t seem to care about their customers or fulfilling orders.

Service client très difficile…

Service client très difficile impossible d’avoir un retour. Jai retourne un tapis le 1 décembre. J’ai reçu un retour le 16 décembre (cf le mail ci dessous) en disant que je serais remboursée prochainement. Jusqu’à présent aucun remboursement ni un retour de leur part. C’est une manque de respect avec le client. J’ai tout fait de mon côté et maintenant je dois en plus relancer plusieurs fois les mails afin d’avoir une réponse. Appel impossible car ils sont en Espagne donc trop cher. Je ne sais plus quoi faire.

Très agréable 1er achat chez Lorena Canals.

Tapis commandé un dimanche soir et reçu le mercredi (soit 3 jours après). Livraison express et impeccable. Le tapis choisi est un tapis coton de grande taille, très beau, que nous avons passé au sèche-linge 10 minutes comme recommandé. Il est très doux et semble solide. Nous ne l'avons pas encore lavé, mais nous sommes extrêmement satisfait de notre achat et notre fille qui l'a de suite adopté aussi.
