From my very first bit of research, I felt at ease with LO Smiles. Knowing they're a UK-registered business gave me real peace of mind that I was in safe hands.
It started with a video consultation, which gave me a clear picture of the work I'd need. They also explained that once I arrived at the clinic, they'd do a full in-person consultation and walk me through a detailed treatment plan, so there would be no surprises.
The clinic itself is modern, bright and spotless. What a refreshing change from the drab waiting rooms, long queues and indifferent service I'm used to back home.
They began with a 3D scan, then explained exactly what the best treatment would be. We went through the costs together, openly and clearly, and agreed a plan I was completely comfortable with.
My treatment with Dr Rıdvan was outstanding. He couldn't have made the experience any less stressful. An absolute legend. Big up, my friend! 😜
Huge thanks to Damla and Yağmur for taking such good care of me. They stayed in touch every step of the way, from airport and hotel transfers to endless Turkish tea and genuine Turkish kindness. True legends, both of you.

The communication between myself and Emma has been amazing. Clear precise and open conversation the whole way through from booking my consultation in Manchester to checking in every few weeks before I flew out to meet the Antalya team, Emma checked we had made our flight, a message was waiting for us as soon as we landed asking how everything was and the whole time during my treatment, the after care has been incredible too! Regular check in’s have been made and it just shows the effort and care this clinic puts into the patients they treat. They genuinely do care. I couldn’t recommend this team more. My partner had his treatment done, my friend and also my sister is going too! If that doesn’t tell you that this clinic is the best then I don’t know what will.
My teeth look so natural too.

Our efficient interpreters (Rain & Damla) who made our communications swift & spontaneous with well experienced specialist prosthodontist & dental team. I could'nt recommend Losmiles enough, the experience has been amazing, my dentist was an absolute perfectionist. I had 24 zirconium crowns fitted and i am over the moon. They picked me up from the airport for my consultation and collected me from my hotel every day i was visiting the dentist, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Yağmur and Damla went above and beyond in making sure i wad comfortable and everythint suited me.

I just came back from LO Smiles clinic in Antalya Turkey. Firstly the staff there are so friendly, warm and very professional. The thing about LO Smiles is, from minute one when you meet Mr Jan (in my case in Liverpool) to every meeting in Antalya, the staff just want to make you happy. The price is very good for full mouth treatments and the aftercare set up is spot on. I felt with Emma in the UK team when it come to questions or queries etc, but I also had dealings with the Antalya team too.
THIS part of the set up is a big part simply because their WhatsApp portal helps relieve any fears along the way.

What can I say about LO Smiles these guys are absolutely amazing from the start.
The treatment I received was full teeth extraction 10 implants placed in and now I have a set of permanent temporary teeth in for 6 months before I have my permanent teeth fitted in 5/6 months time.
I was so apprehensive about having this treatment so research was needed I found these guys in Manchester,
LO Smiles I must say what a wonderful team of people they have there a special mention goes to Emma what ever time i messaged it was responded to by Emma all most immediately. You could ask Emma anything and she would always have the answer.
Like most people the expense in the uk is huge for dental treatment. This is where it gets good these guys also have a dental clinic in Antalya Turkey and this also runs under LO Smiles and this is where I’ve been for the last 5 days having treatment you are put up in a lovely hotel/spa which is 10 mins from the clinic. On landing I was picked up in a lovely vehicle and taken straight to the clinic this is where I was greeted by a lovely lady called Suzi I was immediately sold I was told of the options I had but prior to this I was already aware of the price and this has not changed I had a dental plan arranged by Emma in the uk.
On my second day I had all teeth extracted and implants placed in, over the next 2 days I’ve had fixed temporary teeth put in and I could not be happier.
I cannot say enough about these guys in the uk and Turkey absolutely amazing so I can fully recommend these guys.
I wanted to right this review as I know there will be people out there scared and thinking there’s nothing that can be done just like me trust me if you feel like that then look no further than
LO Smiles Manchester/Antalya they absolutely sort everything for you.

I’ve just come back from having a full mouth extraction 2 Sinus lifts and a bone graft, this company is absolutely amazing they fitted me temporary teeth until I go back in September to get my final implants in I can’t wait, they’re all so lovely it was an amazing experience I would highly reccomend, suzie keeps you up to date with everything i payed the same price I was quoted all the staff there have genuine care im really happy with everything so far thank you LO Smiles

I contacted LO smiles after finding out I needed essential work done on my teeth that was not covered by the NHS and was way beyond on budget to go private in the UK.
I was obsessed doing my research and finally, after about 2 weeks, narrowed it down to 2.
I went with LO smiles because they have an office in Manchester where you can go for your initial consultation.
My consultation was very relaxed and he answered all of my questions. Most of which I was told to ask by ChatGPT 🤣
I was then contacted by the amazing Emma who sorted my appointment in Antalya. Whenever I contacted her with another question, which I did a lot, she replied straight away. No matter what time of day it was.

The day finally came and I was picked up and escorted to the practice. I was greeted by the lovely Suzy who immediately put me at ease. The clinic is spotlessly clean and had a very calming air. Suzy sat me down and very patiently went through the whole procedure and answered my countless questions
I went for the 360 scan and then went into another room where there was 2 dentists, the surgeon, dental nurse and technicians. The scan showed my gums were far more damaged(by my nhs dentist) than originally thought. The compassion and care I received in that room went above and beyond by everyone in there. I can not expresss highly enough how kind and understanding they were.
Cutting a very long story short I needed extra work doing. This was not a ploy to get more money out of me because they said I didn’t have to get it done, I could go and get another opinion or I could go away and have a think. They explained that implants wouldn’t work as I needed bone grafts and 6 month healing period instead of 3.
I decided to go ahead cos the work had to be done. I was there for 2 hours getting the bone grafts, sinus lift, implants and preparation for a bridge. Through out this treatment I was totally pain free, except for the injections. The equipment they use is amazing nothing like anything over here. They are years ahead of us with the technology.
After it was all done Suzy sat me down to check I was ok and answer any further questions.
I went home pain free apart from a bit of achy pain in my cheeks. There was no bruising and only very slight swelling the next day.
I can not thank the team at LO smiles Antalya enough. You are all amazing. Looking forward to seeing you all in November for my crowns.
