I cannot rave enough I started in July my labs were horrible pre diabetes with my high A1C cholesterol I started at 207 and I am over 50 recently had new labs done last week! Amazing results A1C is good cholesterol has gone done staying hydrated so my electrolytes were good feels so much better my weight is now 185 so moving in a healthy direction!! Thank you thank you Lost Coast I was skeptical at first, but I am a true believer now!
